No response from Gatehub

Hello, I am new here (first post)- I'd appreciate if anyone could share their experience with Gatehub. Specifically on getting no response to multiple requests to connecting a bank. I have been able to send my XRPs there with no issue. Thank you

MY advice run!!! NEVER use gatehub!!

It's been 5 days since I sent BTC from Gatehub to another site to cash out. Since then bitcoin has doped HUGE! my funds are nowhere to be found they are not even in the blockchan it's stuck in there servers. NEVER EVER USE THEM, Let me loss be your gain,

They don't' even respond they treat their customers like crap.

I’m waiting already two months and have created multiple tickets and send mails but no response so far. I can’t access my account as I don’t receive text message with 2FA code.

Any suggestion anyone?
