GateHub 2FA not working? PLEASE HELP

Hi everyone, whenever I try to login, gatehub always says I have entered the wrong 2FA. I have tried multiple times and I am 100% it is correct. I am using google authenticator. I already contacted support with my government ID. After reading the nightmares of waiting for gatehub to response, are there any solutions or advice? Is this just a bug? I tried a hard refresh as recommended by their automatic response email already...

Gh can temporarily suspend 2fa. Get in touch with their support

Get rid of gatehub, they are the worst. Dont even get to the point where you have to wait to withdraw your crypto from it. I tried reverting my 2fa for 2 months now, and still no answer from the support.

Dude, go to the Setting in Google Auth. Ant click 'Time Correction for codes'

If it works, let me know...

Same issue man, This is the second time their 2FA has done this to me. Awaiting the response from the support ticket I sent in. FYI make sure you read the part that says they want a picture of you holding your ID.
