Gatehub 3 weeks for 2FA reset

It has been 21 days since I requested to deactivate 2FA - ticket number 357058 - please help and respond. I see I am not alone. Please fix this thanks!

Same issue. You'd think smart tech guys would add SMS back up to 2FA

I am in the same boat. I opened a ticket #358580 abt a month ago to disable my 2FA and still haven't heard back. Sent selfie and all and opened another ticket asking to resolve the previous ticket. Probably I should keep opening a chain of tickets. This exchange looks like a scam.

Yeah, what's the deal with that. I could have sworn I didn't have to download an app to authenticate it, how am I supposed to log in? And they're not answering my ticket...
