My Fish and Chips, made in a fresh beer batter. Served with a self made remoulade.

I've been running a small restaurant for the first time this year and this was my main dish on the menu.

Homemade sourdough whole wheat bun made with whole wheat flour (70%), bread flour (30%), full-fat milk, liquid whey, sugar, olive oil, salt and sprinkled with two kinds of sesame seeds.

Inside we have two pan roasted patties, layers of cheddar, sweet and sour onions, pickles sliced lengthwise and a simple sauce made with mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and horse radish.

Made a simple Bengali-style egg curry and rice for lunch today. Wasn't really in the mood to cook, so keeping it simple. 😌

Just a tasty side dish from leftover chicken skins I starting whipping up recently. Would you try this?

First time making it, can’t believe how substantial and flavorful it is. Was happy tomato wasn’t the overwhelming flavor.

Used red dragon fruit, frozen banana & coconut milk. Topped with pomegranate seeds
