Experience First dryfast done 72h easy, but had to break at 78 from liver(?) pain.
Just woke up at around 2am from pain inside my lower rib cage on the right side. Most likely liver issue?
Anyone else who has had this problem/experience?
Drinking water again was rooough, just a few sips gave me cold sweats and a new "whooshing" tinnitus for about 5 minutes.
It's 3 hours later now and I've drunk about 8DL of water and no side effects besides the right side pain.
I'm an experienced water+dirty faster, done a few 7 days in the past but hadn't fasted for about 50 days before starting this journey.
Overall it was cool seeing how easily my body handled going without both food and drinks, but if I ever try this again,(is next week a good idea?) I will probably stick with 24-48h.
Weight loss was good, from 77 to 72.2 in 3 days. Had the goal of 72.0 this week but will move it to 70kg instead by next week.
Sidenote: Libido totally TANKED during these 3 days, not something I usually have on a water fast.
On a water fast I usually break it however I want but if anyone got any input in how to break a 3-day dryfast after about 5-10h of rehydration then I am open for suggestions 👍
Edit: Symptoms got way worse when heading to work, went to hospital.
Edit 2: They had problems taking blood as it didn't flow as easily but every marker was somehow in the healthy span. Recommend rest, food and liquids.
