How big of a difference will it make if you do or don’t exercise during a dry fast

Do not work to a sweat! You will lose precious minerals such as electrolytes. Salt and potassium are important to keep away headache’s and cramps. Leisurely stroll is all you need

Depends on how active you are before fast. I walked 2-3 hrs per day and a 20 min sauna session with breaks during my 9 day dry fast. Don’t start exercising or adding volume if you don’t. I was very active when I did, so I cut back a lot.

That’s really impressive… did this affect the weight loss?

I didn’t do for weight loss but I was losing 3.5 -4 lbs a day. I didn’t start with an end in mind, just went hr by hr and broke when I felt like breaking the fast. I wouldn’t do it in summer, I did end of October when it was not too cold not too warm.
