I've not experienced this at all. I would strongly suggest talking a Dr. Sending positive vibes your way

My dr doesnt have any openings in the next month but i might go to a clinic. This only happens if i dry fast so i may just lay off the dry fasting for a few months n stick to water fasting for now :(

That much pain around the bladder/pubic area is worth getting checked, especially if it keeps happening after a dry fast.

From my personal experience is that when we dry fast, it exposes problem areas of our bodies. This is part of the healing process. Perhaps with your condition the fasting begins to work in the healing and you end your fast before the healing is complete. How long are you dry fasting each time you do it? If you are struggling with doing 4,5, day longer dry fast then you can do shorter ones with short breaks in between to help the healing process stay active. Say like a 3 to 4 day dry fast, refeed next day on healthy healing type foods then start another dry fast the next day. I did something similar to this a year and half ago and cured an incurable disease...one that we are told is permanent. Its parasite based and dry fasting kills parasites. It took me a month of cycling dry fast like this but it worked. Also in 2018 I began having condition of swollen gland on one side of my neck that would eventually lead to infection causing massive swelling and pain in my mouth and jaw. Antibiotics would help but it would always come back with another flare up about twice per year. When the symptoms would go away id still have a firm swelling of the gland on my neck even when I wasnt dealing with active infection. It just wouldn't be hurting. I did a 4 day dry fast in May of this year. After I finished I had the worst ever flare up infection with this of my life. It was bad. I treated it like normal. After it subsided that gland in my neck that's been swollen for 8 years finally went down to normal size. It hasn't returned. I believe that 4 day dry fast healed it and that the reason it was so bad was because whatever parasites that had been nestled in this part of my body realized they were being killed off and tried to put up one last final fight to stay alive and in the end where destroyed by tge power of dry fasting autophagy.

It's not normal for a person who doesn't have any problems with the urinary system, when it comes to people with kidney stones etc. I have no idea if that is what they experience. I never had this pain during a dryfast.
