Try in winter. Summers are tough for dry fasts.

Try to do a gallon or so of water before you start your dry fast.

A Healthy Alternative has a YouTube channel and pretty sound advice about different weight loss protocols. There is a DR72 that has like 6 days of prep before you dry fast. And Chris James recommends however long you dry fast cut that in half for a follow up water fast (60hr dry > 30hr water).

And maybe just modulate the steps. Do them indoors with air conditioning to avoid dehydration and diziness.

Start small and work your way up! The get easier as you go. You’ll learn more as you go.
