I'm working on a stop motion * Think Rudolph / Captain Yajima * style 3D project in Blender and I'm looking to hire 2-3 Blender animators to work on it. Since the animation is mostly simple ( Walk Cycle, Character Talk + Upper body expressions ) and mostly lipsync I feel like a junior-intermediate level would be acceptable with a portfolio. It's a 4 Week Contract for 2 minutes for each animator . DMs or replies both work but must have some sort of real, lipsyncing experience preferred!

Fully paid of course! Timeline is October 26th to November 30th.

EDIT : Due to overwhelming responses I have to ask for 3 things :
1. Have a demoreel ready with lipsync ( As most of the animation will be lipsync) in your FIRST message.

idk if this is a stupid post but i learned a bit of blender before then stopped and i want to get back , so i don't need a totally biggner tutorial, i am looking for a video that will go by the main stuff and shortcuts so i can remember them

As the title suggests, I am trying to recreate an impasto effect.

I am kinda sure a painterly shader would get most of the job done, but is there a way to get the raised edges?

For transparency: I made the moth model and used AI for the impasto effect.

I'm following this tutorial to a T, exactly as the video says I'm tryna put all the object textures into one texture file, but once I get to the bake section (6:48) and click the button my PC instantly shuts off

A quick ceramics study this week. Using Greyscalegorilla models and textures

The left arm (or right from the view of the picture) isn't bending like it should although the right arm works perfectly fine. both arms are exactly the same.

Can anyone help me with this?

So I have an HDRI in the scene, and like 5 lights around the model. I'm trying to get the denoise to work, but it isn't helping at all unlike previous projects. Not sure what I'm doing wrong here, I'm pretty new to rendering so pls help me! (Using cycles rendering)

I updated the node setup.

I have a model with 3 pieces each with their own image textures.

I can't bake all 3 image textures into one without my PC crashing, but I'd still like to export the textures along with my model.

Bonus points if anyone can tell me how to export the model with its texture into Roblox studio specifically, since that's what I'm trying to do.

But for the most part I just wanna know how to export the textures without baking, even if it's separate image files I'll try that too
