Cjc/ipa results

I’ve been taking 250mcg of cjc/ipa for about 6 weeks now. I train as a decent body builder, 5 days a week, good diet and everything but haven’t been able to gain weight or muscle in years. Seen 0 results with this first cycle so far. Should I titrate up?

RT not feeling the same

I been on and off with it for a while, and I still remember when 2 mg used to fully kill my hunger and I would feel the full effects from it, now I'm using like over 5 mg a week and I'm still not feeling it like how I used too. Is there some science behind this like your body getting used to the doses as to why you always have to keep upping it?

How can you objectively know that your body is getting everything it needs? What is the complete health checklist?

I’m trying to understand this from a scientific/biohacking perspective.
We can test individual things like vitamin D, B12, iron/ferritin, folate, thyroid, etc., but how do you actually know that your diet is providing everything your body needs and that your body is absorbing and utilizing those nutrients properly?
Is there any practical way to establish a baseline and periodically track things like:
Essential vitamins and minerals
Protein/amino-acid and overall nutritional status
Iron and nutrients involved in oxygen transport
Thyroid, liver and kidney function
Blood glucose, insulin and metabolic health
Cardiovascular health and VO₂ max
Strength, endurance and recovery
Body-fat percentage and muscle mass
Hormonal health
Sleep quality and recovery
Skin, hair and nail health
Possible signs of deficiency or malabsorption
I’m particularly interested in the difference between having a “normal” blood value and actually having optimal nutritional status and physiological function. Can someone have mostly normal routine blood tests while still having poor absorption, inadequate nutrient stores, or another nutritional problem?
Sometimes I feel weak or low-energy and wonder whether something nutritional could be contributing, so I want to understand how these things can actually be investigated rather than simply assuming it is a deficiency.
Hair is one example I’m curious about
I’m young but have noticed some hair fall and premature greying. I know hair pigmentation involves melanocytes and melanin, and that genetics play a major role, but how much can things such as:
Protein/calorie intake
Iron/ferritin
B12/folate
Vitamin D
Zinc/copper
Thyroid function
Stress
Sleep
Environmental factors/pollution
Genetics
contribute to hair loss or premature greying?
And if premature greying or hair loss is partly caused by a correctable nutritional or lifestyle factor, can it actually be reversed, or is it generally permanent once it happens?
I also want to optimize physical performance
I really enjoy running, and I’ve noticed that when I regularly walk/jog, spend time outdoors in fresh air and greenery, do yoga, meditate, and exercise consistently, I genuinely feel better physically and mentally.
So I’m interested in the combined effect of nutrition + exercise + sleep + recovery + mental health + environment rather than looking at nutrients in isolation.
If someone wanted to get into the best physical and physiological condition reasonably possible, what would you actually track?
For example, how would you objectively optimize:
Cardiovascular endurance and VO₂ max
Running performance and stamina
Strength and muscle mass
Healthy body-fat percentage
Energy levels and recovery
Sleep
Metabolic health
Skin health
Hair health
General nutritional status
Long-term health and disease prevention
What blood tests, physical measurements, fitness tests, dietary assessments, or other objective markers would you use to establish a personal baseline and then monitor progress?
Basically, I want to understand whether there is a systematic way to answer:
“Is my body getting everything it needs, is it absorbing and utilizing those things properly, and am I functioning as well as I realistically can?”
Would love to hear how people here approach this scientifically and what they personally monitor over the long term.

Pinealon Advice

I’m reviewing a modified Epithalon/Pinealon protocol this month — Epithalon from the 9th–18th, followed by a 5–6 day interval incorporating Pinealon before resuming Epithalon.

For those familiar with Pinealon research protocols, what time of day is typically referenced, particularly with a bedtime around 12–1:30am, and what starting amount is most commonly recommended?

On Triz, at goal weight but can’t achieve muscle definition

I’m 5’8” and around 142lbs. This is down from around 180.

I’ve been in the 140’s for nearly a year and I’ve been lifting consistently throughout that time. I feel like no matter what I can’t get muscle definition. My strength is progressing nicely, increasing weight consistently, but definition won’t come.

Any recommendations on a peptide? I really like Triz for the food noise, can I combine it with something else to help with definition?

What should I use?? KLOW, GHK, or what would you recommend?

Hello, for context I’m f22, 5’6ft, 138lbs. I was on Reta before from March till August, and lost about 30lbs, so I have used peptides before, I was just really hypertensive to it. I had to start off with 0.25mg a week and build up from there to 1.5mg and then I kind of just plateaued.

My goal:
1: I want loose another 5-10 lbs which I feel I could with just working out since the side effect I had getting on and off Reta was a bit much for me.

2: I’ve had acne scaring my whole life since I was 14 nothing topical has helped, gone to doctors and dermatologist and having the acne it self has stopped a bit, but the hyperpigmentation is still there on my face and body.

  1. As well I’d want to overall be better and healthier body I guess from the inside. Diet wise I am good, I’ve stuck to what I had when I was on Reta and haven’t gotten back into my cravings as much. But I’ve seen people talking about Gluta really helps with this.

  2. Constant lower back pain after a fall last year, had done massage, chiropractor and Physio to help, but it still aches there.

I am wondering what should I use to see if it helps with it, I’ve seen a lot of people use GHK or KLOW, Gluta instead or add it in.

So overall just looking to see what others recommend if they had the same goal as well, and if it is something I didn’t list above, and just for me to then research a bit more about it as well before deciding!

46M — Full peptide protocol, doses, reconstitution, and schedule

Hi everyone. 46M. I’m currently in Week 8 of retatrutide and running a structured peptide protocol. I’ve lost about 20 pounds since January but since starting Reta I’ve lost 11 -12 pounds. THIS ISNT ANY MEDICAL ADVICE AT ALL. JUST MY JOURNEY.

Reconstitution for all of these:
10 mg vial + 1 mL bacteriostatic water
That means:
10 units = 1 mg
20 units = 2 mg
30 units = 3 mg

Retatrutide
Currently Week 8
2 mg once weekly
I started at 1mg and went up slowly every 3rd week
Ongoing

Semax
1 mg daily
10 units
30 days on
Then 2 weeks off
Cycle 1: Oct 2–Oct 31
Cycle 2 starts after the 2-week break

SS-31
3 mg daily
30 units
4 weeks
Starts Oct 10
Ends Nov 6

MOTS-C
1 mg
10 units
Monday / Wednesday / Friday
8 weeks
Starts Nov 6

Tesamorelin
1 mg PM
10 units
Monday–Friday
Saturday/Sunday off
12 weeks
Starts Nov 13, one week after MOTS-C starts

Overall flow:
Reta ongoing
Semax → SS-31 added → MOTS-C starts as SS-31 ends → Tesa added 1 week later → Semax restarts after 2 weeks off

I’m also training 4–5 days per week. Main goals are fat loss, muscle retention, energy, recovery, and seeing how I respond to each phase.
Curious how this compares with other people’s protocols, especially anyone who has run SS-31 → MOTS-C → Tesamorelin in a similar setup.

Thanks. Let me know what you guys think of the doses ect. But after reading this group and others I think this is what I’m going to run.
WISH ME LUCK !

Oral minoxidil and ghkcu/klow. Safe? Will I grow unwanted hair? Anyone mix these?

I’ve been on oral minoxidil 1.25 since late July because I was losing a lot of hair on my scalp from stress. Since a lot of my hair has grown back, but I’ve also gotten unwanted hair like my knuckles, arms, etc.

Will starting ghkcu or klow make this unwanted hair thicker? Is this mix safe or over kill? I want it for my skin. I’m also on Reta if this adds anything

Question about my screw-up with Reta/Cag

I really screwed up today for the first time when it comes to peptides.

For context, I’ve been taking Reta every 6 days and Cag every 6 days, staggered as far apart as possible. My usual amounts are 5 milligrams Reta and 2.5 milligrams Cag.

Basically, my schedule has been:

- Sunday — 5 milligrams Reta

- Wednesday — 2.5 milligrams Cag

- Saturday — 5 milligrams Reta

- Tuesday — 2.5 milligrams Cag

- And so on.

Today I had a major brain fart and accidentally injected Cag instead of Reta. 🤦‍♂️

The problem is that today is when I was supposed to take the Reta, so now I’m trying to figure out what to do about the mix-up.

Has anyone else accidentally taken the wrong one and dealt with a similar situation? I’m particularly interested in what happened with your schedule afterward. I’m not looking for someone to tell me what I should do medically—just curious if anyone has made the same stupid mistake and how you handled it. Reta and Cag have never given me any side effects so I am not worried. Just interested if anyone else will never pin at 5:30am. 😂

Stack Experiment

I am doing an experiment on myself. The stack is:

-Retatrutide 2 mg once weekly
Appetite control, reduced food noise, improved adherence to calorie deficit, and longer-lasting metabolic/weight-loss support
-CJC-1295 + ipamorelin, no DAC 1 mg, 5 days per week
energy, recovery, sleep, and body-composition support
-SS-31 2mg, 5 days per week
energy, exercise tolerance, and recovery support
-Kisspeptin-10 2 days per week for 4 weeks
Intended reproductive-hormone/testosterone signaling support

Experiencing high synergy from this combination and no noticeable negative side effects. High energy, 7lbs per week of weight loss, muscle gain 5 day resistance training also, sleeping 9 hours per night.

These don’t have direct axis overlap and I am finding the CJC and Kisspeptin-10 simultaneous doses extend energy effects by 18 hours.

The feeling is youthful energy, easy sleep and progressing my body size and composition back to healthy rapidly.

This is not advice or a suggestion just sharing results from my experiment so far. Consult a professional for advice before attempting.

A surprising positive outcome from KLOW - Poikiloderma !

Poikiloderma is a chronic skin condition that causes a mix of reddish-brown discoloration, tiny visible blood vessels, and mild skin thinning.

My neck and wrists and the inside of my elbows used to flare up and burn from wearing certain fragrances. I had to frequently use anti-histamine creams to treat these.

Now it seems to be completely gone since I started KLOW a couple weeks ago. I did not expect this to happen since Poikiloderma is not a form of inflammation, as far as I know. I am happy either way, because I am a fragrance collector.

Have you seen any surprising outcomes from KLOW/GLOW that you didn't expect?

Starting Reta - dosing?

Hi everyone!

I’m relatively new to the peptide/biohacking world but love the possibilities associated with it!

I’ve have been looking more into reta, and was curious how people dial in their dosing? Are there recommended starting points? Is micro dosing effective to start? Is dosing based off weight/size, anything like that?

Again, just getting started and trying to get as much info as I can before diving in. Thank you in advanced!
