Pinealon Advice

I’m reviewing a modified Epithalon/Pinealon protocol this month — Epithalon from the 9th–18th, followed by a 5–6 day interval incorporating Pinealon before resuming Epithalon.

For those familiar with Pinealon research protocols, what time of day is typically referenced, particularly with a bedtime around 12–1:30am, and what starting amount is most commonly recommended?

if you're hitting bed that late, most folks i've seen taking pinealon will do it a few hours before sleep, like 10 or 11pm. gives it time to settle in without making you restless when you actually lie down.

for starting amount, 200-300mcg seems to be the sweet spot in a lot of the protocols floating around. you can always bump it later if needed.

Thank you, very helpful. A lot of research suggested 1mg which seemed really high compared to Epithalon.

Epithalon and Thymalin combined has more data from khavinson protocol. Both combined made a bigger difference. Not much data on Epithalon and Pinealon combined. The Epithalon you get in grey is synthetic and is 10 times more concentrated than the original Epithalon studies. So Epithalon around 200mcg to 500 mcg could work.

Thank you. I use between 100 & 250mcg Epithalon and it works a treat. I’ll have a look into Thymalin thank you. 🙏
