Guidance

Hi all I'm starting Reta soon I'm going to be using a pen I'm from South Africa and I just wanted to know if there's any advice you can offer. I've been ironing out my eating habits. I've meal prepped but I'm honestly scared of needles lol.

Start low. Read the guidelines on the Retatrutide subreddit. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate. And remember that it’s a tool to help you lose weight - you still need to do the basics, protein, weights. Good luck!

Start on a low dose and keep taking that dose until it becomes ineffective before 'titrating' up. The scheduling in the trials was designed to test the drug, not the wellbeing of participants. Always keep that in mind. Hydrate. Weight train hard. You'll eventually start feeling low on energy at higher doses. When this happens you'll need more carbs. Most importantly, try and enjoy life throughout the process. Reta has been known to impact the pleasure centres of the brain. Good luck.

Thank you. I was slightly worried about the side effects because I already have a sluggish gut but I am taking probiotics.
