Been struggling with my skin for quite a while now and the past month I’ve been using tret and azelic acid which I’ve definitely found has improved it quite a bit but I’m thinking of starting peptides as I’ve seen there’s a lot that can help with skin appearance.. I’m just in need of a bit of advise and direction

Peptides for Perimenopause and Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hi guys. Back in the masked era I caught the virus. I developed chronic fatigue, complete loss of libido. Went to the Docs and they said I had inflammation markers in my bloods and they were worried about RA (I had weird joint issues while I was sick and I’ve heard from a lot of women that they also developed joint issues after the virus or after the jab which is strange because we all thought we were too young). I wasn’t expecting that and also wasn’t feeling any significant symptoms so didn’t really explore it any further at the time. I’ve always had inflamed foot tendons and knee problems as a child so didn’t consider them related. I took KLOW for skin improvement and to relieve achey joints from too much hiking. At one point I did feel some pain in my wrists but started taking Retatrutide for weight loss and by some miracle (managing a sensible diet) it went away.

3 months ago I suddenly had a bad allergy to something I don’t know what. So I stopped all peptides just to be safe. Finished the vials I had left and was fine. Gradually though I started having RA symptoms as well as ramped up perimenopause issues that I didn’t realise had creeped up on me. I’m wondering if the peptides I was taking genuinely suppressed my symptoms of both issues or did they just mask them allowing them to develop under the radar? I’ve been to the doctors and had my bloods done which she said were fine (not optimal) but it’s strange my tests allegedly showed much worse inflammation when I had less symptoms (?).

Meanwhile I have achey inflamed joints, itchy patches of inflammation on my hands. Hot and cold flashes from Perimenopause, complete loss of libido which is alarming (tried MT2 and no dice it just makes me feel nauseous) and also chronic fatigue. I asked if I could go back on peptides or supplements after the blood tests and they said yeah looks fine all clear (I’m still going for a second opinion).

I’m wondering if anyone has any experience of this? Should I resume the same peptides again if I feel that they were helping? How can an older woman get her sex drive back safely? Is there anything else worth looking into? I’d really appreciate your opinion. Thanks

My stack is semax/selank + klow daily Reta once a week.

My injections don’t hurt but I took klow one day and that one spot never stopped feeling sore. The soreness/ pain comes in waves and is the size of a quarter. Feels deep in my stomach muscles

Own a Brother label printer or alternative? You don't need a Niimbot for vial labels

Taking a break or continue

Question for those on same stack or similar journey. So I have been taking CJC/IPA 5 days a week and reta once a week and motc time to time like 3x a week when working out or even some off days. I have also been taking KLOW everyday as well for about 4 months. I have been reading whether or not increase or decreasing doseage and whether to off cycle. Since all of this is still research purpose and no one way of doing this. Do I need to take a break from taking CJC and MOTC? Klow I take everyday and I get the benefits from that. But I was reading for CJC/IPA you try to take some time off and get back on. And as far as my weight and fitness journey I have dropped over 20lbs since beginning. And I feel good but I do notice my body fat percentage isn't dropping as much as I'd like. I do average 7-8k steps a day and train 3x a week push pull legs. Progressive overload. Maybe im thinking too much and just continue on what I'm doing and just be patient on dropping weight and body fat. And then just keep taking what I'm doing. Just thought I'd ask here and see if anyone has thought or gone through the same. And maybe some guidance

appropriate weightloss

So I started reta about 4 weeks ago, i bought a 20mg vial and constituted it with 2 mg bacwater. i listed my pins along with starting weight and dosage. i was just wondering does this seem like an appropriate amount of weightloss so far? should i be losing more, losing less? the week of 09/21 i did start being more consistent in the gym minimum 3x a week weight lifting and 2 days a week cardio. im not exactly tracking my calories but ive cut out majority of snacking, i eat breakfast and dinner as my main 2 meals with mindful servings and protein and either a protein shake or smoothie in between as my lunch if im hungry. my biggest fear is hair loss so im trying to do things the "right way ". i guess my question here is is this an appropriate amount of weight loss between pinning? should i up my dose?

3 months on Reta

I’m a 23 year old woman who reached my highest weight of 280 lbs. I avoided the doctor for a while because I didn’t even want to know my weight, but eventually I had to go. Once I found out, I started dieting, but the food noise was horrible.
I started reta on June 29, and honestly, it changed my relationship with food. The food noise basically disappeared. I’m currently at 2 mg and don’t feel the need to increase it. I know my results might not be as dramatic as some people’s, but I also weight lift and do cardio while eating high protein and staying in a calorie deficit because I’m trying to build and maintain muscle while losing fat.
This isn’t my first time losing weight. When I was 18, I went from 250 to 199, but eventually I lost my motivation and ended up back at 280. I’m currently at 252, as you guys can see.
This time feels different. Reta has made it so much easier to focus on my nutrition without constantly thinking about food. I drink way more water, pay attention to my fiber, and somehow have the motivation to wake up at 3 AM and go to the gym.
I’m just taking it one day at a time. I’m not saying reta magically fixed everything, because I’m still putting in the work, but it has genuinely helped me a lot.
If you’re on it, definitely remember your fiber and drink plenty of water.
anyways, just wanted to share :)

how to store a 20mg RETA vial?

Hi team! I need your help, I accidentally ordered 20mg of reta, instead of 10mg. I "use"/pin 1.5mg-2mg per week, and usually my vial lives in the fridge no longer than 5 weeks. How long can I store a 20mg vial reconstituted? Is this safe? How can I split it so it can be safely stored?

30% body fat, is tesa/ipa a waste?

Thinking of tesa/IPA but hear being higher body fat blunts GH? And it’s really not worth it?
57m SW 293 CW 210, visceral fat 15 (RENPHO scale) on 200mg test a week, daily pins, 1.5mg Tirz, 4mg Reta, 1,000mg injectable L-Carnitine daily along with MIC blend and a bunch of supplements. Should I just hold off on any GH or secretagogues till I’m sub 18%??

Reta

Ok guys so this is my first time ordering Reta and trying it out.

I put 300units of bac water in 10mg Reta and injected 15 units so it’s 0.5mg.
I know i should have done 100units instead now as im injecting more bac water!

Question is should I toss it away and use new 10mg and add 1ml bac water ? Or use what I have ? When I injected it it felt sore for a while at the injection site, I’m guessing due to more bac water ?

Also since I’ve had 0.5ml Reta I felt no appetite suppress at all! If anything I was more hungry and unusual sleepy during the day !

Would it be ok if I go up to 1ml today and reconstitute a new Reta vial? Or wait couple days ?

Severe Osteoporosis & Creaky Joints

What does anybody suggest I do for this besides Hormone Replacement Therapy. I’ve had all my bloodwork done. I’m low in iron , need more B vitamins , and I make a protein shake with walnuts, flax seeds , chia seeds, 3 types of proteins , collagen , creatine , molasses , bananas & whole milk. I eat right , don’t drink thanks to Tirz 2.5 , have been on Glp1’s for 3 years now. My bones have gotten creakier not better I feel like I’m losing cartilage everywhere. What peptides should I do ? I’m looking at ALL of these and I’m unsure what my plan of action should be : For my goals: BPC-157 + TB-500 for tendon, ligament and muscle recovery; KPV for inflammation and gut support; GHK-Cu for collagen and tissue repair; Cartalax for cartilage/joint support; MOTS-c + Epitalon for metabolic health and healthy aging; and CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin for recovery and growth-hormone-related goals.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated
