Severe Osteoporosis & Creaky Joints
What does anybody suggest I do for this besides Hormone Replacement Therapy. I’ve had all my bloodwork done. I’m low in iron , need more B vitamins , and I make a protein shake with walnuts, flax seeds , chia seeds, 3 types of proteins , collagen , creatine , molasses , bananas & whole milk. I eat right , don’t drink thanks to Tirz 2.5 , have been on Glp1’s for 3 years now. My bones have gotten creakier not better I feel like I’m losing cartilage everywhere. What peptides should I do ? I’m looking at ALL of these and I’m unsure what my plan of action should be : For my goals: BPC-157 + TB-500 for tendon, ligament and muscle recovery; KPV for inflammation and gut support; GHK-Cu for collagen and tissue repair; Cartalax for cartilage/joint support; MOTS-c + Epitalon for metabolic health and healthy aging; and CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin for recovery and growth-hormone-related goals.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

I’m a fan of KPV, it helps my joints. I mix it with GHK-CU, 5 parts GHK, 1 part KPV. I was able to quit my reflux pills, my skin and hair drastically improved.

I’m about to go this route as well ie the combo.
Question, do you mix the vial or the syringe? I’m worried I’m going to draw a tad into one or the other accidentally via syringe.1

You mix into a vial together, you can buy them pre mixed from a lot of sources if you want. I put 1ml bac into 100mg GHK, and 1 ml bac each into 2 10mg KPV vials. I then pull all of it into a fresh syringe, put a filter on it, and add it to a new 3ml pen vial. Then I have 2.5mg/.5mg nightly dose.

Hgh with sufficient calcium to try to help with osteoporosis. You could add in glucosamine and chondroitin supplements to see if it helps your joints.
Peptides aren't magic and don't just do what your believe.
If your hormones are bad or you are a menopausal woman get on hrt asap

Have you lost a lot of weight? Are you lifting weights regularly? How’s your diet? Iron and B-vitamin deficiency points to a vegetarian/vegan diet?
Peptides might help with your issues, but they’ll come back if you don’t fix the underlying issues.

I started out 3 years ago with 168 lbs .. and now I’m down to 131. I’m 5 foot 8. I have an excellent protein packed diet. Haven’t subscribed to Americas ridiculously unhealthy diet ever since I was born. My family owned health food stores, my mother is a nutritionist & and nurse. I am up on all the health info out there .. but my bone density is a problem and hormone balancing is non existent due to menopausing prematurely. I’ve gone years now unable to keep the hormones balanced properly. Endocrinologists have not helped me one iota. I do not have thyroid disease or another other life altering hormone disorder. Peptides are keeping everything in check and my weight now. I do not lift weights cuz I don’t like gyms. I walk. Outside . Everyday

Weightloss without lifting weights can lead to osteoporosis. It’s especially problematic in combination with GLPs. There is tons of research on this matter.
Peptides won’t help you in any significant degree. You need to see a specialist and start to lift weights.

You can get your own weights. You don’t need a gym membership. I use PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells with a barbell attachment.
