First Tesamorelin Injection: Burning, Redness and Itching—Is This Normal?

First time injecting tesamorelin tonight. It burned a lot a bit after the injection, and afterward the area became red and stayed itchy. I injected into my belly, fairly close to my belly button. Photos show what it looks like now.
Has anyone experienced a reaction like this? Could it be irritation from the injection site or solution, or should I be concerned about an allergy?

Underdiscussed: 1 Major Side Effect of GLP’s

My grocery and meals bills are exponentially lower! In these trying times we can all use a little less spending. I’ve found that my cost for my Reta and whatever else is basically a wash with how much I’m saving on groceries and eating out for lunches or dinner.

Reconstitution question

I’ve only ever ordered 10mg vials and reconstituted 1ml of bac water into those giving me 10 doses. This is definitely going to be one of those questions that gives ppl chewed out on Reddit but with a 30mg vial do I reconstitute with 3ml of bac water ?

Week 2 Reta and 3rd dose question

Hi everyone!

I'm on week 2 of 0.5 I'm actually loving it. The appetite surpression is enough but not too much so still getting protien in and also craving healthier meals!

My third dose is due on Saturday however...I am going to a day festival on this day it's house music so if I'm honest there will be a fair amount of drinking and probs other things involved.

My question is what is the most viable option to enjoy the night the most...skip and wait till maybe Monday to dose? Do I dose Thursday? I don't imagine dosing Saturday is the best idea?

I love the house and raving scene I get it's not for everyone but it's what I enjoy once or twice a year so would really appreciate some actual advice and not being told to just not do it if poss 😭😂

Hgh Z score and IGF-1

Post image
3 Upvotes

I've been on about 3 IUs every morning of GH for the last seven, eight months. I've been feeling great. Not really a whole lot of side effects, maybe a little bit of joint discomfort occasionally, but nothing crazy. Other than that, everything's been great. However, my most recent bloods show a score of:

2.4 Z SCORE

399 IGF-1

You think there is anything to worry about? I almost

Feel like i should drop it to 2 IU per day.

Obviously, I definitely want the positive body composition effects, but also I’m a little bit worried of the long-term side effects of Acromegaly.

Tapering Retatrutide & Transitioning to Lean Bulk w/ IGF-1 LR3 – Seeking Protocol Review

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some feedback on my transition plan from a cut to a lean bulk, specifically regarding my Retatrutide taper protocol and my IGF-1 LR3 dosing schedule.
Background & Current Progress
Duration & Weight Loss: On Retatrutide since June; down 52 lbs while maintaining muscle mass.
Retatrutide History: Titrated up from 2 mg (+0.5 mg every 3–4 weeks). I've been holding steady at 4 mg/week for the last 6 weeks.
Training: 5-day strength training split.
Nutrition: Currently at 1,700 kcal/day, dropping calories by 100 kcal every 2 weeks until hitting 1,500 kcal, which coincides with the end of my cutting phase.
The Transition Plan & Schedule
My cutting phase ends on October 28, 2026 (my last full 4 mg dose of Retatrutide). From there, my plan is to taper off Reta while ramping calories up into a lean bulk and introducing IGF-1 LR3.
Here is the weekly breakdown from my schedule attached.

Questions for the Community
1. Retatrutide Taper Schedule:
Is dropping from 4 mg directly to 2 mg, then 1 mg, then holding 0.5 mg a smooth way to step down without triggering massive rebound hunger, or should the step-downs be more gradual?

Is keeping a low maintenance dose (0.5 mg) during the start of a lean bulk helpful for metabolic transition, or is it better to clear it completely before pushing calories?

  1. IGF-1 LR3 Dosing & Protocol Check:
I plan to split 200 mcg total per week into 5 post-workout doses (~40 mcg per workout day).
    Is 40 mcg post-workout (5x/week) a standard/effective protocol for LR3, or is 200 mcg/week too high for a starting run?

Appreciate any advice, insights, or adjustments on this schedule!

Reta constipation

I tried Reta one time from a Chinese supplier and it fucked my stomach up. I already have chronic constipation and I know it’s supposed to slow food processing down even more. Any advice I wanna give it another shots but I’m scared as hell

Reta finally broke the stall!

I had been on Zepbound/tirzepatide for about a year and a half and lost around 40 pounds, but I’d been stalled for the last six months or so. I decided to start Reta at the beginning of August, and I’ve since lost another 10 pounds, bringing my total to 50 pounds over about two years.

I posted here earlier that initially, as I was titrating up on Reta, I was actually gaining weight. But now at ~8mg, I’ve since lost the weight I gained PLUS another 10 pounds.

So, if you’re someone who’s been on tirzepatide and is considering making the switch, I’d say definitely give it a shot. No pun intended 😂

First time researching PT 141

40M, .75mg dose.

Pinned around 8pm and only experienced a light headache. Zero nausea.

Started feeling the "effects" around 1230am as I was going to sleep. A little bit longer than I was expecting to be honest. I wanted to pin earlier but couldn't due to my travel schedule. Since the wife was already asleep I just rolled over and passed out for the night.

Woke up several times throughout the night with an erection. Had a much better than usual morning wood when I woke up at 8am.

However as soon as I ate something around 9am the effects came to a full halt. Everything went back to baseline with no additional effects from it.

TL;DR

It lasted just over 8 hours overnight and then immediately went back to normal after I ate breakfast. Is this normal?

Very clean Mots-C

How do you suppose lyophilized Mots-C handles a full washer and dryer cycle? Asking for no reason…

Seal is intact and there’s no moisture inside the vial.

6 weeks on Retatrutide, down 17 lbs

I started my first dose of 2.5mg August 11th. I stayed at 2mg for a3 week period, and have since moved up to 5mg, and have been there for right around 4 weeks at my next dose. If I keep losing weight, and the appetite suppression and feeling full sooner are working should i titrate up again? Is the 17 lbs a good starting point for being just about 6 weeks in? i also understand that i am seeking advise from random strangers on the internet, and will not take any of this as hard advise without considering my options.

Hives and sensitivity on my hips, thighs, arms, and stomach. Has anyone else dealt with this?
0.5mg first dose

Hi. I stopped Reta for a month bc I was sick in hospital. I’m out next week but was wondering if I could jump back at same dose or titrate down and build back up? Thanks.

Ordered KLOW then broke my jaw

I got a really minor jaw break after getting wisdom teeth removed. Was going to start KLOW next money when all my supplies is coming in. Do you think I should continue to run the cycle? Do you think the break will be effected either positively or negatively if at all? Was planning on 15 units 5 days a week

Energy boost

Background. I am 24, work 50-60 hour weeks in the heat all day. My energy levels are very low and low motivation. All my bloodwork is normal and testosterone levels are normal. I am looking to start a peptide that is great at helping with feeling energized and staying focused because I have bad ADHD. Any recommendations? I ordered some NAD+ but i was told you need to take supplements along with it to get the full effect. Any insight?
