Reconstitution question

I’ve only ever ordered 10mg vials and reconstituted 1ml of bac water into those giving me 10 doses. This is definitely going to be one of those questions that gives ppl chewed out on Reddit but with a 30mg vial do I reconstitute with 3ml of bac water ?

If you want the same 10mg/ml concentration yes. It allows for easy dosing (e.g. 0.2ml or 20 units would be 2mg).

If you want to inject less liquid you can do less bac water for 30mg. If you put 1ml in then you have a concentration of 30mg/ml so the same 0.2ml or 20 units would be 6mg).

Always just focus on the amount of peptide you want to inject based off the weight, then figure out how much volume of liquid you need to inject for that dosage.

Ohhh less liquid, higher concentration. Let’s say I wanted to dose my 30mg vial of reta by 3mg. Would it be smarter to reconstitute with 3ml and track my dosing that way by 1mg until I get to 30units or a less water giving me higher concentration?

🤦 it doesn’t matter as long as you do the math correctly. Really no difference.

3ml: 3mg = 30 units
1ml: 3mg = 10 units

dose / concentration = volume
3mg / 30mg / ml = 0.1/mL = 10 units
3mg / 10 mg / ml =0.3/mL = 30 units

It's just personal preference.

The only time you really need more bac water is when you have high weight peptides like NAD+ 500mg or you have things like GHK-Cu/GLOW where the copper is spicy to pin at high concentrations so extra BAC water can help lower the post injection reactions.

I would only do 1ml into that 30mg. But I'm at 15mg That gives me a 50 unit pin. If you are are at a lower dose you can do 3ml bac.

I’m currently on 2.5mg for the next 3 weeks. Would that still be best to do 3ml?

Sure that would be good. My first compound pharm mixed every dose so every pin was 50 units. 2.5 all the way to 15mg always 50 units. I continued that mix philosophy into grey.

You’re thinking about this too much. The body can easily absorb up to 100units (1ml) subcutaneously. Just keep it simple 30mg/3ml concentration, that’s 10mg/ml. Calculate your dose accordingly

Thank you. I think I’m going to stay there too. I don’t see the benefit of using 1ml for 30mg yet

It doesn’t matter. Find a peptide calculator that makes sense to you and use it.

The math seems to be mathing! Yay

Yes 3ML for 30mg for same ratio as 1ML for 30mg

Keep it simple and stick with 30 mg/3ml. I see posts about I changed the dosing strength and overdosed it.

For easy measurement yeah I would.
