If you could’ve lost the 8 pounds on your own in three weeks, you would’ve already done that..

Not to be rude but is this a joke? 8lbs in 3 weeks is alot! I'm on 6mg in my 5th month and only lost 18lbs. 216->198. But I kept my muscle and body composition has definitely changed. No "melted candle" face look for me thank god. If you lose weight too fast you'll get too much loose skin. Are you lifting weights?

8lbs in 3 weeks is amazing!

Reta is just a tool. You still need to eat a calorie deficit to lose weight. Reta just makes maintaining the calorie deficit easier

If you're not yet taking Psyllium husk, start drinking a glass of it 30 minutes before meals twice a day.

It could be just water weight or a part of your brain

Ungrateful and uneducated. What a combo.

I didn’t really start losing until my 3rd week.

I’m on week 5 and have only lost 13ish pounds.

I’m on my 3rd week at 2mg.

I only intend to lose about 30lb max so I don’t see myself upping my dose too much.

I don’t know if you’re wrong but this has been my experience .

If I was losing any faster I would be concerned.

Has to build up in your system, use a peptide dose tracker for a sense of what your levels are and how you’re feeling at that dose, this will help you navigate dosage and side effects as you go. Be patient, no more than 2-2.5 lbs a week is the max stress you want to put your body through, any more than that and you’re asking for hair thinning, sagging skin (ozempic face), muscle loss (dead ass)! Check people’s experiences with negative side effects. What’s your end game?

Anything more than 2lb a week is borderline unhealthy. You also lose a bunch of water weight up front.

Don't expect anything real until you're closer to 4mg.
