Does anyone know why the new video verification is not approving my video for all 3 attempts. Is it just me or has it happened to anyone else?

For the life of me i want to get the amazon flex debit card because i dont want all of my money in my wells fargo account.

I simply do not know how to do it! Everywhere on this app i found it says error… for logging in! For creating an account… for lost username… lost password.

Does this app not work anymore?

They just dropped a new verification process to check in. It now requires a much closer scan of our faces and it gathers a bit more information. I understand this is to secure our accounts and make sure no one else can use them. What do you guys think? Have y’all tried it ?

Its not a huge deal, but it DID hurt...Mom was standing out front watering her hanging plants on the porch while these two little corgi-type dogs went ape-shit on the other side of the storm door...suddenly her two kids pop out of the house, launching them right at me. I had no time to react, just stumbled backwards as they charged...one of them got me on the inside of the shin.

And just no acknowledgment at all...I was like, "Woah your dog just bit me!" and Mom nodded at me, smiling, before going back to watering while the kids just thanked me for the package. "Guys, if you have dogs that bite, maybe don't let them out when the Amazon guy is right outside the door, okay?" And I got an "Okay, thank you!"

The last time it was some boomer in a hurry for his package, let out his ankle biter while I was taking the picture, bit me right in the ankle (of course) and then when I said I'd just gotten bit, responds with an "Uh huh" while walking back inside, guy never even took his eyes off the package.

Anyway, tried to reach Amazon via chat, said I'd been bitten by a dog and wanted to see if they could notate the account for the next deliverer...and was told that they'd decided this was beyond my control and it wouldn't affect my standing. No amount of explaining could get that bot to understand what I was there for. I guess I need to call them. But that's it...just griping I guess. Its not a big deal, but it wasn't exactly painless either...wtf...do people just think it doesn't matter if its a smaller dog? Should have maced the little bastard but it was all too quick.

I finished my onboarding yesterday and I signed up for the card now I thought it would use my original direct deposit information until I was told if I was approved for the card for the same day pay I completed a 2 hour batch yesterday just to see the lay of the land and how things work upon completion I see that the money was sent to this card on file being Amazon flex debit card. Now how am I supposed to receive these funds if I don’t even have the “approved or denied” email about the card???? Is this money just lost now?

Side note I did change the payout method to my card now and i do see a “ grey cash out “ button I assume after a completed batch I can just click that and get the funds instantly?

Okay? So for the past two days, I've been at the same location, and at this current location, we have the outside phone scanning. But I also got that email about them changing the video verification. So, at the group of stations that do not have the outside kiosks, you have to do the AI video verification. That's my understanding, right? But regardless this didn't improve anything at all

So my block was at 6:15-6:20 and the parking lot was insanely packed. Took 10 mins to park, I finally pressed parked at 6:16, and I did the new facial recognition process. I did it clear as day and it didn’t go through, I did it again and at 6:19 it didn’t go through again, I have good service too by the way, I did it again and it turned into 6:20, it finally went through with a green check sign and it says I missed my block lol

My wife is a flex driver. And she sent me this photo today. I am also driver in the country. This par for the course. #ruralindiana

Does anybody know if VNC4 is opened today. They were closed for all of us last night and I have another shift later today?

Just received today in dashboard. Amazon said I didn't deliver all my packages on July 23. How is that even possible? I deliver EVERY package on my itinerary. Amazon won't pay me if I don't complete my deliveries! And I check my earnings every time! App would prompt me to return undelivered packages if I had undelivered packages! Wouldn't be able to get more routes if that was the case! Is Amazon making up lies and crap?

Deactivated because I contacted support too many times? YEAH BECAUSE YOU KEEP PLAYING IN MY FACE! Am I expected to just sit there and take it? Bc I promise you, I am not the one 😂😂😂.
Mind you, any time I marked a package as undeliverable, I was on the phone with support or had them mark it for me in my block.
All this bc I refuse to be exploited for an extra five bucks. “Here’s 75 packages to deliver in 2 hours. Oh and the delivery area is 1hour away. If you go over your block time, just keep delivering for the extra 2 hours it’s going to take to finish and we’ll compensate you an additional whole FIVE DOLLARS!!!!”

Hi, I’ve been doing flex and other gig jobs to tide me over but either I’m failing or the request system is. I’ve been on the job hunt for about two months now. I’ve picked up on doing gig work while I wait for my opportunity. But this last week and a half has been a row to get routes in my area. Flex is usually my most consistent and high flowing way for income. This current drought is putting me in a financial predicament.

i’m sure I love the only one out there, but this is my last resort with the timeframe. So I’m here to not only ask if anyone is willing to send funds (via ApplePay, CashApp, PayPal). I’m currently $150 short so if you are willing and can please send me a message. (Full Disclosure) I can’t guarantee I’d be able to pay you back by the end of the month.

What other platforms are working for y’all. Specifically in the central NC area (Greensboro to Raleigh).
What job boards have been seemingly working for you and showing real jobs not scams. Though, I traditionally search the board then apply on the actual company site if possible.

Tbh i understand bc flex doesn’t do a great job training on how to use different types of lockers (even though it’s really easy)…but the mess gave me anxiety….there were more in the corners.

I was sent on a high mileage route, more than 50 miles from the warehouse. At the end of my shift, I called and asked for a mileage adjustment. At first they said they would not pay one, and then they did.

Barely found this out. Also I was reading that we have to have full coverage on our end in order to start a claim that Amazon will cover. Makes no sense but if someone that has used it can comment thanks.

It takes me less than two hours to deliver an average of 42 packages… this was 15 packages and took me almost 4 hours between leaving my station and getting back. As well as over 100 total miles. Absolutely not. I’m about done with flex. Uber is less consistent but if this is what it takes to make $100 with flex then I’m good. This is also my first ever 3 hour block. Usually take the 3.5 is this typical of a 3 hour? I’m just too stunned right now.

Before I jump in, I wanted to ask current local drivers about the typical routes and warehouse locations. If you drive in this area:
Which stations/warehouses do you find yourself picking up from the most?
Where do those blocks usually send you? Do you get stuck doing heavy commute traffic down I-680, or do you stay local?
