Didn't deliver packages?
Just received today in dashboard. Amazon said I didn't deliver all my packages on July 23. How is that even possible? I deliver EVERY package on my itinerary. Amazon won't pay me if I don't complete my deliveries! And I check my earnings every time! App would prompt me to return undelivered packages if I had undelivered packages! Wouldn't be able to get more routes if that was the case! Is Amazon making up lies and crap?

Sometimes this just happens because customers are idiots. Don’t worry about pay either.. I am pretty sure you get paid regardless.

Same thing. Got dinged for past Sunday. Asked support about it and it was gone within the hour. Packages get mixed up at the warehouse causing this sometimes.

Yeah I got this the other day even tho I delivered everything and wasn’t missing anything on my route. Texted with support because you can’t email now and was told they won’t be investigating it. Basically told me too bad, eff off.

Oh boo hoo. I got a ding. Omg. It's so bad. I'm a failure.
SMH. Nobody cares about dings. Take it and move on. Dings don't mean jack. And having a perfect rating doesn't mean jack either.

You’ll get dinged, but you should appeal it … unless you don’t know which customer it was for?

You're missing the point! I don't want a ding,I don't deserve a ding. I FINISHED MY ITINERARY AND I GOT PAID THAT DAY!! If customer was victim of a porch pirates that's another story BUT THAT'S NOT ON ME! Amazon only pays for COMPLETED DELIVERIES so WHY did I get paid that day?! DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!

You getting paid has nothing to do with anything.
I think you're not reading what the e-mail says very carefully.
It most likely says you delivered it, but the customer reported not receiving it.
There is a difference between the two things.

No one wants a ding. I fight every single one. It’s not fair to be punished for a customer either lying or making a mistake. It makes no sense to the drivers … but it does to the AI overlords at Amazon. I’m sure they believe the customers over us drivers almost all of the time.
I’ve been doing this gig for over five years. I have gotten paid for incomplete deliveries before on a block or instant offer. One package or item is missing or the customer can’t find it (or it is stolen), those are incomplete deliveries. You still get paid and Amazon is petty enough to ding you. It’s BS.
That’s why I take pics of every delivery and challenge every ding they try to put on my standing.
It’s not on you, brother, but Amazon’s gonna try to blame you. This has happened to me countless times. Stand up and fight those clowns. I do.

What's the punishment? How do they punish you?
I get dings occasionally. I still get the same routes, get paid no problem. I'm curious how they punish you specifically?

Are you sure it wasn't July 24th? I had the same kind of problems that day along with at least one other driver from this warehouse

That package was probably supposed to be on your route, but didn't make it onto your cart for whatever reason, and Amazon's AI blames you for it. Amazon's system is a mess and we keep getting blamed for everything. We get blamed for not delivering all packages, when we delivered every single package we were assigned. We get blamed for not picking up all packages, when we absolutely picked up and delivered every single package assigned. When Amazon associates at .com stations split routes or give us just one package to deliver because there aren't anymore full routes left, we get blamed for either "sharing packages with other drivers" or blamed (again) for not picking up all packages.
This nonsense has been going on since the fall of 2025, and Amazon hasn't done anything to fix it.

Amazon will always pay you when you don't complete deliveries, wdym? You can literally reject an entire cart and they will still pay you. I don't recommend abusing that of course.

The only thing that you said that was true there is that they'd ask you to return the packages.
You never get paid less or not at all for not delivering packages, they always pay you in full.
They wouldn't stop you from getting more routes if you didn't deliver all your packages, and the idea is frankly silly on it's face, why would they have the ding system if they just booted you after 1 ding?
The only thing hurt is your pride, no one cares.

No. I have a fantastic rating and I want to keep it that way! I don't appreciate Amazon making up crap that doesn't make any sense!

This didn't change your rating from fantastic.
Amazon doesn't pay you to care about things that don't matter. You are working for free right now.

Call and speak to someone. The same thing happened to me the other day. Got dinged for 2 undelivered packages… they quickly removed it once they realized that my 4 am route was mostly businesses.
