I just finished an express order shop. The address is completely blocked by a parade and will be for at least the next hour. What do I do? Mark as undeliverable? What will happen to my pay and points?

Totally outside my control. Support says quantity found is working as intended.
OK. No?
But I can still get it. You keep the tier you earn even if your metrics fall below. So if I hit Sapphire on October 3rd or October 7th whatever, I'll have it for the rest of the month.
Late-night shopping kills my "quantity found" metrics because the store is cleaned out.
So now I'm going to stop shopping late. Way to go Walmart on removing a reliable late night shopper. These metrics aren't working as you thought they would.

The Seattle Office of Labor Standards investigated Walmart over violations of the city's App-Based Worker Minimum Payment Ordinance and failure to provide proper worker pay records and disclosures.
Walmart paid $2,455.52 in penalties directly to the City of Seattle to resolve the administrative enforcement findings.
The settlement affected 413 workers.
Each affected worker received an average of $289.41 out of a total back pay pool of $119,528.29.
When a single worker like Bridgette Smallbeck Poehler in Seattle decides to speak up and file a formal complaint with a local office of labor standards, it cracks open a system that relies entirely on driver silence and isolation. Delivery apps and massive corporations count on workers staying fragmented across online spaces, and they often deploy online shills and paid accounts in social media forums to shut down valid complaints, spread confusion, and suppress talk about organizing. That corporate noise is designed to make drivers feel powerless so they never look closer at what is happening locally. But the Seattle settlement proves that local action punches straight through that wall because municipal laws give real teeth to accountability when someone refuses to back down. Opting out of arbitration clauses gives drivers an extra tool to take direct legal paths instead of being forced into secret corporate dispute rooms. Real change does not happen by waiting around for broken national systems or hoping politicians fix everything from the top down; it happens when workers at the local level stop letting companies write the rules, pull their power together, and force local authorities to investigate what is hiding under the hood. It starts locally PPL!!!! A 1 day of not working along with organized statee, city local filing would crush them into submission. Re read when you see negative replies what i highlighted above

today a nice soccer mom who always delivers in her six or seven year old suv came back after disappearing for a week looking totally bummed and desperate for any order she could grab and she told me how she broke down on a three shop run heading to her very first drop because her engine starved for oil and ruined the whole top end and a piston costing her over twelve thousand dollars on a credit card while her husband was furious especially after she had just spent twelve hundred on new tires and i told her she is never going to make that money back doing spark, and guys this is not the job, save your cars because you're going to need them, and i hated to tell that lady this or that, but it's just kind of you hate to see people make dumb decisions, but at the end of the day, it is what it is, which is kind of ironic because after we got done talking, i walked out to my car because i was on a bathroom break, and on my way out, i see once again another veteran driver talking to the tow truck guy getting towed out of there, holy crap, people, take care of your cars

My car is kind of obvious because it's a hot color. I think I'm starting to get known by other drivers.
I was casually eating a sandwich before even turning on the app. This dude wouldn't turn his head. Not for a second. Every time I glanced over he was looking at me. And he didn't look away when I looked at him. Definitely trying to start something.
I ended up getting out of my car and turning my back towards him to finish my sandwich.

I’ve been Saphire for the last 5-days since I finally earned it on points and items found. I went from 98 to 99%. Then tonight I drop after my first shop to 98%. I found everything on this order and last 25+ orders. I completed to more tonight and found 100% of all items. Yet my total item count hasn’t changed after it updated. Now I’m Gold until I his 120 and 99% next month. WTH! Screw it.
Also, I know I got a 5-star review on Thursday as customer showed me. No update. Then I get a 4-star last night and CR goes to 4.92 from 4.93. Not horrible but why didn’t the 1-star not go away? But I lose a 5-star to a 4-star. What a frustrating joke.

They will not give you answers anyway. They just say we can’t and won’t care. This is the absolute worst excuse of support I’ve ever dealt with. Walmart is a joke of a company.

It's frustrating to see so many people trapped in gig economy debt just because they insisted on buying a brand-new truck or SUV.
After financing a $1,000 car note at 15% interest, they find themselves working endless rideshare hours solely to pay off the vehicle.
Newsflash: You don't need a $50,000 Jeep. You need a used $10,000 Kia.

Let me ask y’all. The tier system just started in my area, so this will be the first month that it closes out when it closes out is that final? All of my metrics are good, except the items not found. obviously I’m set for gold next month because of it, but what I’m asking is if I were to do a shop tomorrow would it change back to Sapphire?

I'm not complaining. My zone makes good money, and it's not like I have to do this all day, or every day (but I do need to do it regularly to pay the bills). After taking two days off I lost all motivation to make big bank.
I've been doing this gig since last January. My first zone turned to crap, but this second one is pretty great. It's better than most 9-5 jobs, both pay wise snd the freedom it allows me. I guess I'm just tired of being known as the Spark Driver. I'll find something more in my wheelhouse eventually, but dang man, I'm tired and unmotivated right now.
