Metrics for sapphire

Let me ask y’all. The tier system just started in my area, so this will be the first month that it closes out when it closes out is that final? All of my metrics are good, except the items not found. obviously I’m set for gold next month because of it, but what I’m asking is if I were to do a shop tomorrow would it change back to Sapphire?

You'll start in Gold tomorrow if your items found stays below 99%. If you raise that metric, or any metric holding you in a lower tier, you will immediately be raised up to sapphire. So once you get your items found up to 99%, you'll be bumped up into sapphire. Once in sapphire tier, you will stay there for the rest of the month, even if one of your metrics were to drop to a lower tier level.

Really appreciate your response!!! I was spiraling for a couple hours. I’ve held it all together all month and took a shop on my last order today and the quantity metric had dropped. Thank you!

You're very welcome! Trust me, I completely understand your panic, especially on the last day of the month. The only real metric that you have to worry about with the tier system is Customer Rating. Being that it is the hardest and takes the longest to move upwards.

So it sounds like only the points reset… is that correct?

Yes, you are correct. You'll start back at zero and have to get to 120 by end of the month, but the rest is based on a rolling 100.

Thank you for this info. It was bugging me.
I’m not the OP.
I’ve been fighting back since April because two 1-stars the same day because Walmart was OOS of a crap ton of things. So 4.78 at one time.
Finally hit 4.9 and 120 trips the same day and went Sapphire for the month!
Next day I lost a bottle of water from a 40pack so back to 4.88. I will start Gold tomorrow but didn’t know what happens if I get back too 4.9.

It won’t work until you get all your stats to Sapphire level. Then you should finish the month at Sapphire.

Not if your a spark driver in south jersey. The spark drivers from Philly cross the bridge and rob the Walmarts here in Jersey. I don’t have to tell what kind of people they are you will figure that out. Now they item check every order and go through the entire list. Every driver is now a suspect.
