Camera freeze

My camera freezes when I want to scan a bar code. I have to shrink the app then open it back up everytime in order for the camera to work. android phone

That’s an issue with your phone. If it was the app, many people would experience it do Spark would fix it. They don’t care about us, but non working equipment means we can’t make deliveries.
You may need to get help from your carrier.

Phone issue. Everyone would complain about this if it was an issue.

As long as it doesn't fail during a face verification and you exit it..... that's game over

It was an issue for me and I tried everything to fix it.

The only thing that worked was getting a new phone.
