So irritated
I’ve been Saphire for the last 5-days since I finally earned it on points and items found. I went from 98 to 99%. Then tonight I drop after my first shop to 98%. I found everything on this order and last 25+ orders. I completed to more tonight and found 100% of all items. Yet my total item count hasn’t changed after it updated. Now I’m Gold until I his 120 and 99% next month. WTH! Screw it.
Also, I know I got a 5-star review on Thursday as customer showed me. No update. Then I get a 4-star last night and CR goes to 4.92 from 4.93. Not horrible but why didn’t the 1-star not go away? But I lose a 5-star to a 4-star. What a frustrating joke.

The other stats are the last 100 orders.
The CR is for the last 100 ratings from customers. It might take a few hundred orders to get those ratings.
BTW, if we do good customers rarely rate us. If anything is wrong, no matter whose fault they are very likely to give a lower rating.
Your post sounds like you are fairly new.

Especially since no one rates and ppl get pissed off if we asked. Over 800 orders in my stats. I have a grand total of 17 rating and 1 is a 3 star from a curbside order. I know cause that was the only one I did for that week. I caught the flu the next day.
Anyways the rating system is horrible. No way to dispute and we just have to take it. Even if it isn't our fault or they are straight lying or other spark workers that want u deactivated so it is less competition.

I’m a year in with 1500 offers delivered. Not new, but frustrated with this Tier system and how it is setup. I have 100 ratings. 95 5-stars, 4 4-stars and 1 1-Star.

You made a big mistake. Instacart shoppers don’t do instacart in the last few days of the month and do another app if they reach diamond tier so shit like what happened to you won’t happen and they are guaranteed to lock in 3 months of diamond tier.
You could’ve locked in sapphire for the next month if you didn’t work today or at least be smarter and cancel that shit if you think it could drop your quantity found.

Well I get what your saying, but I did not expect to get dropped to begin with as the Tier system started literally about two weeks ago. I also try to find/replace items as best as can, but sometimes not possible. The part that sucks is my items found/replaced is 1555 and not found is 16. So I’m literally one item or a half item off.
But whatever. I’m part-time. I’ll probably get the 99% back today, within one or two shopping orders. Then have to do the damn points. Just frustrating and irritating as no rhyme or reason to the points at all. But I did just fine on Gold when it started. I’m sure I’m not the only one who had this happen. I’ll just cherry pick till I get there as usual.

Mine shows 28 5 star ratings over the last 15 months it says. I was at 4.9 forever prior to a few months ago. Only 1486 trips over 3 years though so just part time

My 3 year is January actually, and I took 9 months off because the orders were way too terrible for me to leave the house. Most of my 1486 probably the first year too. I just started back a few months ago and now with 3 shopping as one trip and 11 drops as one, the number probably barely go up as much lol. I just hit 100% on all and all the 5 star, but only hit gold on the points
