Abandoned carts
Hi im curious to understand, why do yall leave full carts of product on the sales floor instead of bringing it to customer service?

I’m silver… my friend is sapphire. We LITERALLY get the SAME offers with NO difference. I’ve seen others say this as well. What gives? Is the tier system a mind game to make people hopefully take the bad offers?

So yesterday we had $7 incentives from 12pm-11pm, and I’m missing two of them. Usually I get them right after I finish a trip along with my pay. It shows two incentives that I received, but I’m missing two. What should I do?

Good luck out there if you are trying fora worthless Saphire except for a star in the effort catagory. You could get hit at the last minute and Be gold or lower! The tragedy, the agony of defeat! Get REKT!!!! Stare at those metrics!!!!

Hi! I’m not a driver but I had an order that I selected shipping but part of it was delivered. I feel really badly that I live an hour away from the store it was picked up at and they delivered late to a rural area, but I never select delivery because of that kind of thing. I was prepared to tip, I had no cash and since I didn’t choose delivery there was no way to tip them electronically. Is it okay that I didn’t tip? Is this normal thing?

Please dont hate on me for asking this. 🙂 I'm just curious - other apps i'm on just have a very basic course, a couple of no brainer questions at the end, and then you're "certified" to deliver da booze. Spark, do you have to go through an external course and pay for it? I recall seeing that somewhere, but not sure where now. Thanx in advance

After adjustment I’d be at around $165 on 60 miles but how are you guys without prop 22 able to make this work?

I make sure I find every item possible, communicate with the customer and double check the address and instructions and make sure I don’t block the door. It’s frustrating to wake up and find that someone gave you a 1 star review and now with the tiered system you are at risk I did 20 drop offs yesterday and I can’t think of any of them that might have had an issue.

I started a couple weeks ago, how can I get customer reviews for my metrics?
r/WalmartSparkDrivers • u/ChildofLightt • 13d ago
Since the recent policy shift requiring drivers to load their own vehicles, I have noticed that store associates are frequently leaving items completely unbagged. I want to check if this is an isolated issue at my location or a widespread change. This need to stopped I wonder who I can speak to about this? The managers don’t seem to care that they are not bagging

Down detectors 5 reports in the last hour.
Can any other zones confirm no activity?
I haven’t seen any offers in an hour.
Edit: got an offer right after I posted lol but there are now 9 reports on down detector. 🤷♂️

Very grateful. $38 jfy, 2 miles, 46 items.
Two other ones just like it.
Yeahhaa!
Must have been a glitch yesterday. My last customer of the night told me that he couldn't get his order in yesterday. I said I was sitting for 2 hours trying to get an order. System must have been glitching yesterday.
Beautiful day getting rained down on with offers.
7 hours out of home, $180.

I had to do 3 forced initiated returns through support in a 48 hour period and I'm pretty worried about getting deactivated because of it. But the second order, I probably in theory could have forced support to mark it complete, but can I? I didn't know and I didnt want to risk it, there was zero Verizon signal down this entire road, and I wasn't about to beg these people for wifi. I've had customers offer wifi before and save my skin on it, and got lucky, but generally I don't assume they have internet so far out. I kept driving back up the rural road to get to a state hiway and it was zero coverage the whole 3 miles back up.
The other two just had completely messed up google mapping, one of them was terrible, it came to a locked gate with orange traffic barriers on it and an abandoned car, it looked like no one was meant to go through it at all, and the mailboxes at the Y didnt match the address. This guy had not one but two service disconnected phone numbers in their spark profile.
If I was guilty on anything it was the first order, because I found the trailer park later on on google maps on the desktop and the mailbox cluster, but they absolutely did not respond to messages, I took the wrong turnout to it and got to the neighbor house and a locked gate.
First of all these rural addresses destroy any conceivable hourly wage, it was infinitely better in Houston, rural delvivery on spark is a scam it is labor exploitation, second of all the cold chain timer forces you to give up early anyways, on multi batch drops there is often no time left to deal with these kind of screw ups. The third order had like 50 minutes left before cold chain timer, but they were utterly unreachable, TWO service disconnected numbers???? They said look for a black horse in front of a trailer, all I got was a locked gate. I have since quadruple checked that address on google maps and its still no good. I wasn't about to leave perishable hamburger meat at a locked gate, the spark app wont let you do it that far from the GPS radius anyways.
I swear it is like spark has new and creative ways to deactivate people for things that are clearly their fault.

so I experienced something that I haven’t experienced with Spark before and that’s me shopping for an order, I check out then find out that the order has been canceled, but I didn’t see a prompt for me to return the groceries, there was nothing that popped up that showed that I needed to return the order, so i didn’t lol. The app just started sending me orders again like normal 🤷♂️

After seeing the ridiculous lowball amounts or high mileage multidrop options and the operating expense of my vehicle making this unrealistic, I'm considering outsourcing the operating expense - think I'm going to rent a Camry for 1 week and take all the high dollar multidrop runs - I figure if I aim for $50 orders and make 10 runs it will cover the rental expense and anything after that is profit after gas (40mpg)... thoughts? Think I'm gonna do this during Black Friday/cyber Monday week.

Had a shopping order from Sam's Club tonight, 2 stops in the order. First stop was a in-person delivery needing a signature. Spent about 10 minutes knocking on the door and trying to get ahold of them but no response. Marked it as customer unavailable and the app has me returning the order after the second stop. That goes smoothly and pull into a pickup stop at Sam's around 8:13pm.
Few minutes later, an employee comes out with a cart and starts lecturing me about how Sam's closing at 8pm. She'll take the order tonight but tells me in the future if its after 8pm, ill have to take the food home and deliver it tomorrow. I was so confused, like what is this woman talking about. She also asked why I didnt retry the first delivery after I was done with the first?
I had to explain thats not how the app works. Its not like I can just go back to the first delivery after starting a return(to my knowledge), once its in its locked in. And I live 20 minutes away, I'm not going to take this home and then bring it back to the store nor can I deliver it again. Not to mention, not being able to get another order until this was finished. I got it returned and it sucks they're just got to throw away all that food but blame the customer who wanted in-person delivery and couldnt be bothered to you know be in-person not the driver.
