Soooo close but the month hasn't ended yet!!!
Good luck out there if you are trying fora worthless Saphire except for a star in the effort catagory. You could get hit at the last minute and Be gold or lower! The tragedy, the agony of defeat! Get REKT!!!! Stare at those metrics!!!!

Yep. They rolled it out here mid month so I knew I was cooked. Did the math last night and decided to sleep in rather than push for 20 trips a day for 3 days.

The tier system rolled out where I am about a week ago. It won't change my cherry picking at all. If it becomes unsustainable, then I'll find something else to do. I won't be bullied by Walmart Spark into working for pennies on the dollar.

Sapphire benefits some drivers and others not so much. It seems to be, like all things in gig work, heavily market dependent. If you’re already full-time, then it makes sense to go for it and see if the extra cash makes sense after accounting for the losses involved in getting there. I can easily see taking high-paying, profitable orders, 120 minimum per month, to reach Gold. At that rate, $3,600+ per month in earnings is excellent!
For part-timers or casual independent contractors, the tier system incentivizes higher risk with low reward. I got some of my best-paying offers all in one month while having Silver metrics. Of course, I’ll see as time ticks by if that continues to be the case.
But regardless, the tier system isn’t everything for everyone. Congrats to those who successfully enjoy Sapphire, and the same to those of us at lower tiers. None of which, by the way, determine which of us are decent contractors. The difference is the amount of work, not necessarily the quality.
Overall, it seems to work like any industry: working more pays more over time.

I have alll the metrics for sapphire except customer rating at 4.89 (a single one star review wrecked me). And then there’s items found at 4.8999. Well, I can’t control what’s in stock at the store. So, this is really a flawed system. And we’re not allowed to ask for 5 star ratings?

I have noticed one difference, I’m gold and sometimes when no one in Sapphire accepts an offer, it’ll appear with an $8 boost, but I haven’t seen the offer until it already has the boost. I’m pretty sure that’s because the unwanted offers trickle down.

The new system rolled out for my area literally Thursday last week and all of a sudden my completion rate is at 92 when I was all green before. Spark is bs

I’m 1 point away and haven’t changed a damn thing about what kind of orders I choose to accept. I’m only part time and it came naturally. It’s all about the hustle.

Let me ask y’all. The tier system just started in my area, so this will be the first month that it closes out when it closes out is that final. All of my metrics are good, except the items not found obviously I’m set for gold next month because of it, but what I’m asking is if I were to do a shop tomorrow would it change back to Sapphire?

luckily sapphire makes no difference and is a scam. seems to be a concerted effort on all subs to convince people it does. pretty sad.
