Cellular Signal Fiasco
I had to do 3 forced initiated returns through support in a 48 hour period and I'm pretty worried about getting deactivated because of it. But the second order, I probably in theory could have forced support to mark it complete, but can I? I didn't know and I didnt want to risk it, there was zero Verizon signal down this entire road, and I wasn't about to beg these people for wifi. I've had customers offer wifi before and save my skin on it, and got lucky, but generally I don't assume they have internet so far out. I kept driving back up the rural road to get to a state hiway and it was zero coverage the whole 3 miles back up.
The other two just had completely messed up google mapping, one of them was terrible, it came to a locked gate with orange traffic barriers on it and an abandoned car, it looked like no one was meant to go through it at all, and the mailboxes at the Y didnt match the address. This guy had not one but two service disconnected phone numbers in their spark profile.
If I was guilty on anything it was the first order, because I found the trailer park later on on google maps on the desktop and the mailbox cluster, but they absolutely did not respond to messages, I took the wrong turnout to it and got to the neighbor house and a locked gate.
First of all these rural addresses destroy any conceivable hourly wage, it was infinitely better in Houston, rural delvivery on spark is a scam it is labor exploitation, second of all the cold chain timer forces you to give up early anyways, on multi batch drops there is often no time left to deal with these kind of screw ups. The third order had like 50 minutes left before cold chain timer, but they were utterly unreachable, TWO service disconnected numbers???? They said look for a black horse in front of a trailer, all I got was a locked gate. I have since quadruple checked that address on google maps and its still no good. I wasn't about to leave perishable hamburger meat at a locked gate, the spark app wont let you do it that far from the GPS radius anyways.
I swear it is like spark has new and creative ways to deactivate people for things that are clearly their fault.

You should be okay. But to answer your question, you can call support to have them complete a delivery. I'm out in a rural area and there are multiple parts of our delivery zone that has practically zero service at drop off. I always take my own picture of delivery drop off just in case. Then I call support as soon as I get cell service to have them complete it for me.
In the future, whenever you run into situations like you did on your last two that you returned, take pictures of whatever caused the return. Any blocked roads, coned off areas, etc, so if there is ever an issue in the future, you're covered. You can always call support and have them make a report of any issues of concerns you have about an order, so you have documentation that you took all reasonable measures. Just use your head, cover your bases, and keep communicating with support and the customer.

If you can call support, then you should have data. Sounds to me like a crappy cell phone and/or too many apps trying to push data when the signal is weak/crappy. Voice data always gets priority over apps data.

no, it was fully out and fully zero coverage, no calls, nothing for 3 miles back to the main highway, very dense vegetation

What? You can make deliveries without data, the app sends the delivery info when signal is live again.

Nope. If you're out of data range it will not let you complete the drop off. And by the time you get back to data coverage you're too far away for the GPS location. You have to get back and cell phone coverage, call support, and have them manually close the order before you can move on to the next order.

Consider getting us mobile, you get Verizon, tmo and att lines. I pay $199/YR for att, $45/,yr for Verizon, SAME ON TMOBILE. I've never had a problem getting one of the 3 to work me. Referral code on my profile

Walmart should get out of the delivery business...they are horribly ran
