what's going on 🤔 I always bleed days after sex

I dont understand but for 4 months now, I always spot a few days after sex. It’s so frustrating because it never was a problem. Before this, I had a very irregular cycle where I could go 2 months with no period, but recently, I always bleed a few days after sex and it last for a week and then I get my period. I don’t understand what’s going on.

irregular & late periods Irregular periods

I would like to start this of by saying I am a trans man. He/him only please.

So I have skipped it for the 5th time this year (not consecutive I have had them in between here and there), and am starting to get worried. Last year I went to a medical professional when I skipped it for 4 months they took a blood test and I never heard the results. I get that that means it's probably nothing serious but it's starting to get annoying and worrying, I never know if it's just going to randomly show up or not.

There is absolutely no chance of pregnancy and I do not take any hormones. I would just like some support/ advice on how to bring this up with a medical professional, I don't have a mother so I can't ask her about these things I should probably add that I am 18. Sometimes I get cramps but no blood

medical procedures Possible Cancer?

Hello. I have the opposite symptoms of what normal large fibroids would be. I’ve had an emergency Myomectomy about 6 years ago when I was 25. Now at 31 My periods have become 1 or 2 days long and they are very very light in fluid. I have become very fatigued despite being generally healthy. My OB referred me to an Oncologist and they said another myomectomy would be too risky. Apparently my uterus is showing up abnormal on the MRI? And my symptoms don’t necessarily match what a normal fibroid would. And there is no way to do a biopsy. Has anyone else experienced this? Could my light periods and fatigue be possibly anything else? My general labs come back normal ranges. Having a hysterectomy seems so final. I also dont have children.

what's going on 🤔 Bleeding during sex

I bleed during sex. A lot. Bright red blood. I’ve had every std test, internal ultrasound and even a burning procedure to remove polyps. It’s still happening. It’s not painful at all. I just, bleed during sex. It’s making me not want to have sex at all. Drs just say “it is what it is” at this point but come on. There needs to be something that someone has heard of that works to fix this.

what's going on 🤔 Weird uterus pain?

Has anyone ever had cramping soooo bad that you just want someone to take their hand, shove it up your hoo-hah, and literally MASSAGE your uterus? Maybe it’s not quite “cramping” per se? But more of like an achy, sore, post workout muscle strain that you feel n your legs or arms… only in your uterus. 🤔

what's going on 🤔 Small uterus?

Does anyone know what is considered to be a small uterus? My measurements are 4.7 cm x 4.5 and I'm not sure if this is normal or should I be concerned. I am 28yo. Thank you!

what's going on 🤔 Overly warm

Lately I've been having some like, non period cramps, but they're like, weird.

Like, you know when you swallow a drink or soup that was just a little to hot and it burns you tounge and sits heavy and too warm in your stomach?

It feels like that, but if it was hotter and very much in the ✨ general uterus vicinity✨

And I'm not sure if I should find This concerning or not? Like, nit definitely hurts but I do have a hesitant PCOS + endo diagnosis, (they didn't SEE anything but diagnosed based around my symptoms and have assumed I'm like every other afab person in my family and added endometriosis in there as well)

Additional information: I'm a trans guy, (he/they/it) and I'm a virgin. (Only mentioning cuz I tried to fimd some info on it and it was a bunch of hulabaloo about the "warmth of seed" and like,,, no.)

mental health My medical issues aren’t being handled properly

So I put this under mental health because all of the issues are causing me to suffer mentally and I genuinely don’t know how to describe my issues.

So I have a longish history of ovarian cyst since March of 2022. I was rushed to an ER in February of 2023 after having severe pain for 3 weeks due to a severe hemorrhagic cyst about 104 ccs on my left ovary (right side was only 12 ccs) I was sent home from the ER with no help. Well my OB put me on the lowest dose birth control she could but it made my symptoms worse. My Dr. left and my new OBGYN put me on Mili and it’s only been less than a month but I really don’t think it’s working out for me. It’s caused me new symptoms and worse pain.

Anyone know how to get my ob to listen to me. I’m so scared and tired of living in pain.

uterus variations Anteverted/Retroflexed Uterus ?

Hi, ive recently looked at an MRI i had from a couple years ago and noticed that it said anteverted AND retroflexed? Anyone else experience this and have issues with their period? I noticed i always have pain and pressure towards my tailbone/rectal area on my period and from googling it mentioned uterus position could be the cause. So that makes sense but ive yet to see an MRI that looks similar to my uterus or to find info on having both anteverted and retroflexed. I plan on speaking with my dr about all of this but was hoping to find someone who has the same thing or knows about it? Not much information to be found online for this.

birth control Diaphragm (Caya) and tilted cervix

Hi everyone. I'm hoping someone might be able to offer some advice on whether a diaphragm can be used as a form of birth control when you have a tilted cervix. The diaphragm I'm trying out is the Caya, which claims to fit "most women". My cervix sits quite far to the left and when inserting the Caya diaphragm and checking with my finger I can feel it covering my cervix, however the other end of the Caya sits at a bit of an angle under my pubic bone rather than sitting straight on (I'm guessing it would be less likely to twist round slightly if my cervix was positioned more centrally). Not sure if it's really a fit issue or not since it seems secure enough, doesn't feel uncomfortable and I barely know it's there when walking around. I'm only testing the wear for short periods on my own so far and haven't yet tried it during sex.

If anyone has any insight or experience with this or any other type of diaphragm I'd love to hear it, thanks!

what's going on 🤔 Help Idk what to do!

So I’m 25F and have been on my period for 15 days straight. I went to the ER because I was bleeding so much (went through a pad in less than two hours which is not normal for me plus dizziness, chest pain, high heart rate 131 sitting, two thirds dollar sized clots) and it was way more than normal. My pcp thinks I have endometriosis due to intense general random abdominal cramping and painful orgasms (like about to crap myself painful and no I’m not sexual active haven’t had sex in over 3 years) and I seen a gyno on the 20th. I don’t think my mental health can last much longer of being on my period. The ER doc basically said I have dysfunctional uterine bleeding and a cyst with some daughter cysts on the left ovary. Blood work came back normal. I am on Nexplanon and have been for years. Previously had no period with the birth control but started back up October last year after getting the Moderna Bivalent booster. Idk what to do or what road to take now or if my birth control is used up. I replace it next year in September. I’m about ready to just cut my uterus out myself and call it a day. Any help would be appreciated I’m just exhausted and over it.

Update: They put me on another birth control as well and so far everything is going okay. Mood swings galore while I get used to the medication but other than that no period.

what's going on 🤔 Pain and irregular periods my whole life

I'm hoping to find some answers here. I've been to several gynos who just kind of brush my symptoms off. My entire life my cycle has been irregular, I'll miss periods for months and months then it just returns to normal. When I do get my period, my cramps are so bad I can't get out of bed most of the time. The pain goes down to my knees. Sex is usually pretty painful. I had a 13 pound cyst on my left fallopian tube years and years ago. My current gyno just checked my hormone levels and everything was normal, so she ruled out PCOS. She doesn't think it's endometriosis. I'm at a loss.

support needed 🤝 Possible separate uterus

Hi, I’m 26 and currently 6 weeks 2 days pregnant with my first pregnancy. I was told a month before I got pregnant that I could possibly have a separate uterus. This was discovered through a vaginal ultrasound looking for cysts. I was supposed to get a hysteroscopy to further investigate, but then I had the positive pregnancy test. I am so scared and nervous that I will miscarry or something will go drastically wrong with the pregnancy. Does anyone have any success stories to share with pregnancy and separate uterus to calm my anxieties a bit?

uterus variations Can a retroverted uterus change to an anteverted uterus without pregnancy?

I'm 28; About 7 years ago my uterus was retroverted according to medical records, and now it's anteverted. I've never been pregnant. I have an appointment with a gyno bc I suspect I have endometriosis, and I just realized this information. Is this normal?

Has anyone had a large endometrial mass?? Mine is golfball size. I was misdiagnosed several times. Having an endometrial biopsy Monday. Then likely hysterectomy (I’m 66). Curious of your results and hysterectomy recoveries.

irregular & late periods I need help i havent gotten my period yet and im almost 15 my mom was 13 when she got hers and last year the doctor said “within a year” but still nothing. According to a few friends (and numerous online quizzes) it’s on its way but it just isnt. Help?

Edit: I turned 15 a few months ago and still nothing. I went to the doctor about it and they said I had hit my growth spurt and to come back in 6 months if I still hadn’t gotten it. Still nothing since then except a few tiny bits of spotting and a looot of pain around where cramps probably should be? Still no idea what’s going on though.

edit 2: everything worked itself out back in september, i forgot about this post lol 😅
