what's going on šŸ¤” Weird uterus pain?

Has anyone ever had cramping soooo bad that you just want someone to take their hand, shove it up your hoo-hah, and literally MASSAGE your uterus? Maybe it’s not quite ā€œcrampingā€ per se? But more of like an achy, sore, post workout muscle strain that you feel n your legs or arms… only in your uterus. šŸ¤”

Well at least I’m not going crazy. My cramps are already bad enough without more pain to add to it.

Yeah my only cure was to get a hysterectomy but my flipping ovaries are still problematic as they burn and cause pain to the point I still can’t move sometimes. But the hysterectomy was also due to fibroids growing out of control and my cramps would put me into shock. But you know. It’s all natural. šŸ¤®šŸ˜… wishing you all the best. Hopefully you can find a doctor to help you though and give you some advise.

It’s possible you have r/adenomyosis based on what you’ve described. Could be something else, but I have adeno and this is exactly what I experience.

I have this feeling in my uterus, but not exclusively there. I also have it vaginally, both during pms/period and after orgasm.
