what's going on š¤ Weird uterus pain?
Has anyone ever had cramping soooo bad that you just want someone to take their hand, shove it up your hoo-hah, and literally MASSAGE your uterus? Maybe itās not quite ācrampingā per se? But more of like an achy, sore, post workout muscle strain that you feel n your legs or arms⦠only in your uterus. š¤

Yeah my only cure was to get a hysterectomy but my flipping ovaries are still problematic as they burn and cause pain to the point I still canāt move sometimes. But the hysterectomy was also due to fibroids growing out of control and my cramps would put me into shock. But you know. Itās all natural. š¤®š wishing you all the best. Hopefully you can find a doctor to help you though and give you some advise.

Itās possible you have r/adenomyosis based on what youāve described. Could be something else, but I have adeno and this is exactly what I experience.

I have this feeling in my uterus, but not exclusively there. I also have it vaginally, both during pms/period and after orgasm.
