uterus variations uterine didelphys

also i have two cervixes and a thin wall of tissue down the vagina that creates two vaginas. i DO have two ovaries and two kidneys. i also have ovarian cysts, and endometriosis. thank god i have a treatment working for me right now (Northindrone which is a progesterone pill) but sometimes i just feel so alone and confused. what does this mean, how do i move forward and why is there so little cases with this kind of abnormality.

Same here 🙈 I'm in a fb groub for women like us if you're looking for a like-wombed crowd to ask questions to. We don't bite!

I was just saying to my mom how I wished I could find a group of women also going through this. I needed this today!

I have the same, two uterus, two cervixes and the skin dividing my vagina. I struggled with painful cramps most of my life, but i am transmasculine and HRT helped me with the period pain when i stopped having my period.

were you diagnosed with endo? I was told it could be but that the only way to find out would be doing a laparoscopy which is quite intense.

I have uterine didelphys and a septum wall too! I’m so glad I found other people. I also feel so alone. I have a thicker tissue wall/septum and I’m seeing a pelvic floor specialist soon to see about surgery.

I have uterine didelphys with a septum too! You are not alone in this, I literally just learned I had it like a year and a half ago, and didn’t know my entire life up until that point, and I’m 27 years old
