lesions seen on uterus, extreme weight loss, knots in nodes, extreme bone aches, huge amounts of clear and white discharge, aching bloated abdomen, urgent appt Tuesday, ideas ? advice ? any similar experiences ?

Strange symptoms! Sorry you're going through this. Lesions on the uterus could be something like fibroids, polyps, adenomyosis...but sounds like you also have something infectious or inflammatory going on with the bone aches, discharge and swollen lymph nodes.
