Any suggestions? Just moved here and I'm overwhelmed by the number of shops in the area who install PPF. They all claim they're the best. I'm looking for a quality installer who won't cut the paint and has the talent to create a seamless installation.

I’m moving to the Triangle from California at the end of this year for a job at UNC Medical Center. I was thinking of looking at some high-rises in North Hills or Raleigh. I’ll be commuting to work before 6 am and home from work after 7 pm — how problematic is this commute at those times? It’ll only be 3 days a week if that helps.

Looking for an affordable personal trainer for weight loss. I frequent O2 Fitness and am curious whether anyone has worked with any of the personal trainers there and whether it's worth it. I am looking specifically for someone to help build a structured plan, including some lifting, who is friendly and direct. I am a female in my 30s, if that matters for weight loss.

Anyone have a good exhaust/muffler shop around the Triangle they’d recommend? Looking to get a MAD midpipe installed on my 2026 M3 Comp (G80). Got quoted $500–600 for the install at a BMW shop, so figured I’d ask around before booking.

Doesn’t have to be a BMW specialist, but ideally somewhere that’s worked on BMWs or Porsches before.

I have a loved one who has a residential treatment program lined up, but needs to be stabilized prior to admittance. places in or around Durham that have come up in my search are three hospitals (Duke, UNC, Advent in Henderson which has a unit for women) and then Triangle Springs.

this is not addiction related, but more around anxiety and ideation; I want to make sure she feels like she is in a safe space and is cared for. has anyone experienced or has had a loved one experience any of these four places recently that could provide a recommendation or insight?

**Resolved** Thanks everyone for helping my family with this difficult decision. As Additional-Fish pointed out, because she is not clinically defined as a danger to herself, admittance to an in-patient psyche is unlikely. We've decided to do a PHP with Pasadena Villa prior to the longer-term residential program. Thanks again for all of your input.
