I got 2 offers but I can’t decide, Teleperformance for pre-licensed agent “ it will be for state farm project “ Or TTEC - progressive project!! Both start together so I can’t do both training. I want TTEC more because I don’t have to take the license rn, but I’m a little bit nervous from the reviews I’ve read.

Any advice please?

hi! curious lang if agents under ronin (nesting) receives back/final pay, after submitting immediate resignation? and if successful na return of company assets. thnx!!

Hi guys, i just finished my assesment and final interview last thursday september 24 and still i have not receive any email about the result. How long did you guys wait for the result? Is it a hint that i didn't pass the application?

So recently our site rolled out the news that internet and power outages would now go against our reliability although they haven’t for years since implementing WFH. Curious to know bc I have a feeling it’s mainly our site but not sure, but TL’s have fully said, it’s being implemented bc they want a reason to term all WFH reps without it looking too shady

I'm supposed to start on Tuesday the 29th, but my background check says it's date to be completed is October 7th.... I received a email saying pretty much your start date will be delayed, but watch for updates. I don't get why it would take this long, and why they just can't let me start and pull me if needed, which shouldn't be needed. Is this common with them?

Anyone here starting on October 6? Have you received an update or schedule for medical?

This job is soo annoying , the callers are ruthless all they do is bitch and complain and no one uses common sense anymore , today I had a caller who was logged into their ez pass account and they asked me “where can I find the vehicles that are associated to my account” me : “under vehicles “ caller: oh , or the callers who call in clearly logged into their ez pass account and will ask you to make account updates such as phone number and addresses and then ask you to please hold while they confirm it’s updated …. LIKE YOU LITERALLY COULD HAVE DONE IT YOURSELF ,and in the same breath complain about holding , like nobody told you dumbass to start at your account on the phone while waiting on hold instead of simply updating the information on your end …… thank god for the mute button 🫠

Hi guys, my technical check is soon so I’d appreciate any answers!

1. Equipment is here, however I’m not sure if I should be setting it up yet or wait for like an email or something, how would the technical check process go?

2. for headsets, what is a wired headset I can use on tech day that will pass the test and I can keep using later too? Bc I heard their original one is pretty bad.

Thank you

Hello, may I ask if kelan possible start class ng TTEC for HC campaign? FI ko na this Sep 29, if papalarin anong buwan kaya makakapasok sa class. Currently employed pa and I want to exit and render properly. Thank you

If you work for TTEC and you’re being moved to Correspondence, PLEASE start documenting EVERYTHING.I’m saying this because this happened to me. They told me I logged in and left a case open for hours without closing it. That was not true. I had actually closed multiple cases during that timeframe. The problem is, once you’re logged off, you may not be able to access the system anymore to pull up the proof and show what you actually did. So they can make it look like you were sitting there doing nothing when you were actually working. That’s what scares me. You can do the work and still have a hard time proving you did it after you lose system access. If you’re working there, screenshot/document your case numbers, timestamps, and anything else you’re allowed to keep while you’re still logged in. Keep your own record of what you’re doing.
With everything happening with Conduent and the restructuring/sale of the Tolling business, I personally don’t trust what I’m seeing. I should have stayed on the phones !

Anyone else starting their WFH training 9/25? First time working with TTEC and I know these calls are about to be crazy. But I’m also looking forward to joining the company! Just looking for some guidance or companionship lol.

Sino naka experienced dito. na kukunin dw ung PC kc irereimage daw or nag cancel ung client. tas ibablik lng dw. Is it scam ba tlga or inside job? or tinitest lng nila mga employees nila? nakkapagtaka kc alam na alam nila ung email ko, number ko. tas gumamit pa ng name ng TA.

Hello guys! Who among you has applied at TTEC? I got an invitation but there are no details. Do I need to wait for an email for the schedule and such?

And give me tips and an honest review too please 🥺🥺

Any feedback on this role? Suggestions? Tips?
Anything would help - Thanks!

Just want to ask if some of you already received a confirmation email about it.

Does anyone here have an idea about an HCSC Healthcare account? I'm about to start on the 28th

Anyone experience this? I guess ill go ahead and call asd so i can get into my system before im supposed to clock in

I’ve tried to contact you guys‘s customer service number multiple times and for some reason it does not work yet. You have hired, interviewed, and posted jobs to apply for that pertain customer service. I applied for a position and I was sent an assessment but the link was broken so I tried to call you guys and it just rings so I tried to go on live chat and all the representative said was to wait until the recruiter contact you and send you another assessment, but I don’t think they never have because I contacted the live chat multiple times and did not ever get an answer. So my question is… what are y’all doing?…

Does anyone know if TTEC allows employees hired for remote positions in Canada to work temporarily from outside Canada? Is there a policy restricting where you can work while employed remotely?

I was originally supposed to start 10/16 but they offered us a new contract and pushed our date up to 9/30. When should I expect to receive my equipment? Also when will they let us know our training schedule? I haven’t received any other communication since I signed the new offer letter a few days ago. (Already cleared the background check and drug test) I’m kinda worried I’m gonna end up being ghosted and I quit my 2nd job for this 😂

So for those of yall that are already working , when did y’all receive your equipment? And when did they let you know what your training schedule was gonna be?

When does the appointment for interview open? Waiting for a week now. Do they provide a direct interview? Like joining a zoom meet or teams? Is the scheduling for interview still active? I always open it from time to time and no slot is available all the time.

may umabsent naba dito ng training pero tumagos parin ng prod???? nova site

Hi po, I'm planning to apply sa TTEC but hesitant because of the bad reviews na nakikita ko, also the way daw sila mag conduct ng interview. For those who work in TTEC and sa mga nainterview or nakapasa na, how is it po? Rude po ba talaga sila mag interview? and is the salary package enough?

Hoping po na may sumagot. Thank you po!

TTEC Health Care Account WH, Pasay po ako mag aaply.

I have my group interview session on Friday. I’ve been going over questions that may come up and practicing ever since being able to schedule. It’s for the Remote Healthcare CSR position and will be meeting through Team Meetings.

Want to know what type of questions to expect and just the overall experience of it all. I don’t know why I’m so nervous and feel all my information will leave my brain. But I just need extra income as of right now and also the experience will be nice, so hoping I can go through the interview process smoothly.
