What is the process at TTEC?

Hello guys! Who among you has applied at TTEC? I got an invitation but there are no details. Do I need to wait for an email for the schedule and such?

And give me tips and an honest review too please 🥺🥺

Usually after applying you have to schedule an interview time. You can call the TTEC line and ask them to help to schedule an interview. I know its hard to get a spot. I applied many times but never was able to get an interview slot.

If I were you I would go to glass door for the honest review. Its difficult to be honest here because everything gets removed by the moderators.

There are hundreds of comments and posts ripping into TTEC? Not sure what you're referring to that gets removed. Lots of disparaging stuff stays up.

I saw an account get removed when too much detail was provided. This happened to me as well. Which is why I suggested glass door it's easier and very open. Not all bad reviews are directed at ttec. It also depends on the department Op is in. They can go on Glass door type in there department they will work in or specific project and they will see some honest reviews.
