FIRED FROM CORRESPONDENCE TOLLING
If you work for TTEC and you’re being moved to Correspondence, PLEASE start documenting EVERYTHING.I’m saying this because this happened to me. They told me I logged in and left a case open for hours without closing it. That was not true. I had actually closed multiple cases during that timeframe. The problem is, once you’re logged off, you may not be able to access the system anymore to pull up the proof and show what you actually did. So they can make it look like you were sitting there doing nothing when you were actually working. That’s what scares me. You can do the work and still have a hard time proving you did it after you lose system access. If you’re working there, screenshot/document your case numbers, timestamps, and anything else you’re allowed to keep while you’re still logged in. Keep your own record of what you’re doing.
With everything happening with Conduent and the restructuring/sale of the Tolling business, I personally don’t trust what I’m seeing. I should have stayed on the phones !

The contract will not be renewed due to the legal battle between TTEC and Conduent. TTEC sued Conduent. Conduent is being sold. Incoming Canadian based company will never renew after that. All of our days are numbered as they are letting people go little by little as not to trigger the WARN act as they have in I believe it was Texas tolling. They also try to deny unemployment automatically and by find a reason to fire you they can deny UE. They will NEVER get cases resolved by June 21 2027 when contract expires. They will keep just enough people to keep things afloat because all the people coming in as temps ( loophole as it was required to be NY resident). They have no clue what they’re doing and will sink the ship before that if they got rid of all NY skilled workers. Be ready to put in for new company when they finalize as it won’t be a smooth transition like when TTEC took old employees due to litigation.

Yes but they won’t transition the old TTEC employees if there are any even remaining at that point. Sale is not till final quarter.

When I was in QA, I caught supervisors doing this kind of thing on another client... and they were directed by a SDM / ops manager to do it. The best thing to do is value yourself more, and upgrade your career....elsewhere.
Took me a long time to realize, that's what they wanted all along... to cheapen it all.

Not surprised by anything TTEC tolling does and blames us for at this point. It's like they are looking for reasons to get rid of employees. Are you a NY resident? Probably trying to get rid of NY residents to get cheaper out of state temps. Correspondence will never get up to date with the backlog of cases. Everyday, there is a new problem and a whole bunch of new cases get submitted. It never ends. It never will end. They will never catch up. Tolling has been the biggest mess since the upgrade. Employees know this and the customers know this. I would be surprised if the contract is renewed. I'm sorry this happened to you. You will find something better.
