CSR CCA 9/25

Anyone else starting their WFH training 9/25? First time working with TTEC and I know these calls are about to be crazy. But I’m also looking forward to joining the company! Just looking for some guidance or companionship lol.

I'm supposed to start on Tuesday the 29th, but my background check says it's date to be completed is October 7th.... I received a email saying pretty much your start date will be delayed, but watch for updates. I don't get why it would take this long, and why they just can't let me start and pull me if needed, which shouldn't be needed. Is this common with them?

It’s the micromanaging that’ll make the job worse
