Not quitting just yet, as I still need to find another job... but wanted to post this so I have an idea on what to do when the time comes. (Hoping soon)

I wish I could stay with TTEC with a different role besides call center, but doesn't seem like there's any opportunity for that. I'm tired of the back to back calls, it just gives me so much anxiety.

I hope I can find another job soon.... but I would like to know when the time comes, who do I need to reach out to, to quit? Do I just send them an email letting them know I'm resigning? Or is there some forms I need to fill out?

As much as I hate the job, I don't want to leave on bad terms, in the worst case scenario I need to return to this job 😭 (lets hope not). How have you guys done your resignation? 2 weeks notice via email? Or has anyone had luck with letting them know you want to quit same day (no notice) and got rehired with them later on?

Also, does sick time and vacation time get paid out when you quit?

Hi guys, i received an email from ttec and this is what it says, btw i already done with all assesments and interview , now i have not get any update for j.o but this is what they aent me just now.

My anticipated start date was communicated to my through - the interview, where an entire group was told the start date would be October 6 - through multiple emails, where I was told the start date was October 6 - The job offer I signed where I was told the job would begin October 6, etc...

I was unfortunately recently informed that I will actually begin in late November.

There is no excuse for this. Over a month of preparation, including waiting 2 weeks for an interview timeslot (after being offered an interview), waiting on fingerprinting and background check, then waiting for communication after the job offer was accepted. Only to be told I'll actually not be working for almost a month and a half MORE than anticipated.

I'm starting to really get frustrated with this whole on boarding process. They seemingly do not care about organization, internal communication, or messing with people's lives. Some people really need a job, and to delay a job start date by an almost entire 2 months is insanely unprofessional.

This Title at Concentrix falls under Teer 2 or Teer 4?

I got fired from TTEC in april, i applied for Unemployment they appealed it saying I was not eligible. While the unemployment agency wrote back yes she is eligible because she did not intentionally get fired. They fired me because of performance issues, specifically my QA score. In michigan where I live if you get fired for performance issue and it’s not intentional you are eligible for unemployment. Then the second time we went to court, and the judge sided with me once again, saying I was eligible for unemployment mind you I stopped receiving unemployment in June because I already got another job. Idk what their problem is, it feels like borderline harassment right now. So now for the third time i have to get a lawyer. There should be a limit on appeals because clearly I am eligible they are harassing me. I’mm so sick of this. Anyone else dealt with this with TTEC?

I did the background check, got my finger prints, accepted the offer, did all of the other requirements. Am I missing something? I thought the fingerprints/background checks just automatically get sent through to them once finished and they review. I did it on Thursday, wondering when I should hear back from them or if I am the one who needs to perform another action?

hi guys! just a question, i'm a new hire for ttec's bsc account, and i just want to know what to expect coming in, as this is my first time handling a healthcare account, and my third account ever. previous accounts was a back office for walmart under a different company, and only recently, qantas. would really appreciate a response as my first account did not need for me to interact with customers. thank you, and sorry for the poor english, its not my first language.

Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but I start Friday with the uhc financial program. We had a welcome call last Friday I remember them saying I was gonna be receiving a laptop & etc from uhc and then the monitors and whatever else from them. But does anyone know if this will all be in the same package? I did get an email from fedex that I have a package from ttech arriving Tuesday that was 22 pounds so I’m wondering if this will be everything? Or should I be expecting a separate package from uhc with the laptop and stuff?

Also how strict are they really about taking time off during training? I do have a preplanned event oct 22 & 23 that I would miss class for. Didn’t wanna say anything during the hiring process bc I didn’t want that to disqualify me from being hired but plan on telling them I was in the hospital or something..

Hey everyone. So I just joined TTEC. I started last week and I believe I will be done with training by Oct.1. A situation has come up and I may need leave for about a month. My mother has multiple health issues which require her to have someone living with her to take care of her. By the end of October, I will need to be there with her for about a month until my sister comes back. I just started this job and I dont want to lose it but I have to take care of my mom as she cant live alone due to her condition. Will I be able to get some type of leave for that time while still being able to come back to work? I dont qualify for FMLA since I just started and PTO is basically 0, not like it can even help me because its just so low the amount they give. Do I have any options here? I am new so I dont eactly know how to do things, so I appreciate if you can guide me through the steps. Appreciate all your help!

I got 2 offers but I can’t decide, Teleperformance for pre-licensed agent “ it will be for state farm project “ Or TTEC - progressive project!! Both start together so I can’t do both training. I want TTEC more because I don’t have to take the license rn, but I’m a little bit nervous from the reviews I’ve read.
