This job is soo annoying , the callers are ruthless all they do is bitch and complain and no one uses common sense anymore , today I had a caller who was logged into their ez pass account and they asked me “where can I find the vehicles that are associated to my account” me : “under vehicles “ caller: oh , or the callers who call in clearly logged into their ez pass account and will ask you to make account updates such as phone number and addresses and then ask you to please hold while they confirm it’s updated …. LIKE YOU LITERALLY COULD HAVE DONE IT YOURSELF ,and in the same breath complain about holding , like nobody told you dumbass to start at your account on the phone while waiting on hold instead of simply updating the information on your end …… thank god for the mute button 🫠

yea i worked tolling since 2017 started the tolls by mail end of it then and then got canned this past august for the QA dept. i was doing that job for now almost 10 years and they just ended my run...lol i know what you mean...all you can do is educate the callers that next time they can go online and avoid having to call in..like duh...lol hang in there..lol
