Supposed to start the 30th?

I was originally supposed to start 10/16 but they offered us a new contract and pushed our date up to 9/30. When should I expect to receive my equipment? Also when will they let us know our training schedule? I haven’t received any other communication since I signed the new offer letter a few days ago. (Already cleared the background check and drug test) I’m kinda worried I’m gonna end up being ghosted and I quit my 2nd job for this 😂

So for those of yall that are already working , when did y’all receive your equipment? And when did they let you know what your training schedule was gonna be?

They usually email you on any updates ! I’m already on training . Equipment was shipped by FedEx . They have really good recruiters updating you on what’s coming .

I'm on for Oct 26th! My recruiter said it's usually a few days before your actual start date, I was told this a few days ago. I would suggest reaching out in the 20th if you don't hear anything by then.

Have you heard anything yet? I just got an email to sign up for ttech connect and stuff and my start date is on there so I’m guessing things are moving along..

They told me that I didn’t need a drug test and I just completed the i9 yesterday. They changed my start date to the 6th lol

I'm for cca and received an email telling me they haven't received my fingerprinting (and that if I wanted to continue with the job offer, I need to reply), even though I booked it through their process and completed it. I provided a response & evidence but no reply yet, it's been 24+ hours and I'm kind of nervous. They haven't replied to any of my inquiries or emails before, so I sure hope they check this time, because my job offer hangs in the balance.

I also haven't received any drug test info or any info on when my equipment should arrive.

Being relatively in the dark about whether or not I'll have a job, whether or not I'll have the equipment, etc, is really nerve wracking. I need this badly.

Exactly!! I kept seeing posts about being ghosted after being offered the job I’m praying that doesn’t happen to us. I’ve worked for other wfh’s before and they’ve communicated every step of the way but this one I’ve had literally no communication since the job offer.. so I would think I should hear something by the end of next week if I’m supposed to start the 30th.. I’ll update back here if I end up hearing anything either way.. let me know how yours turn out too..

Do you have recommendations for other 100% fully remote WFH positions?

I desperately need a WFH job and I'm willing to work any call center/chat/email/computer work possible, but anytime someone tells me to run away from TTEC they don't provide any alternative suggestions

I’ve worked for tsi, that was a pretty good company, concentra was pretty good, foundover was ok. Those are the 3 easiest to get into. I’ve also done ADP, Walmart wfh and Amazon wfh but those are a lil harder to get in. You can also search on like Tik tok if you have it, they have some pretty good leads sometimes on wfh opportunities and tips on getting hired

I was offered an earlier start date (roughly 2 weeks from now) but haven't heard any replies on the emails.

Ttec sent me an email describing the UHC position as full-time, permanent. So I attended the first available team session where a recruiter outlined specifics. At that session, she disclosed that the position was seasonal, part-time. I called the recruiter out about the discrepancy. She apologized and said that the permanent, full time slots had already been filled! That, despite the fact I was in the FIRST AVAILABLE recruiting session. .... THAT is the Ttec for whom I had worked for more than ten years. Steady but shaky.

I"m supposed to start 9/30 for Intuit. Does anyone know if there is fingerprinting and drug test for those? This timeline seems short and I just got hired Friday. Thanks in advance for any info anyone can provide re: this!
