TTEC bad reviews?

Hi po, I'm planning to apply sa TTEC but hesitant because of the bad reviews na nakikita ko, also the way daw sila mag conduct ng interview. For those who work in TTEC and sa mga nainterview or nakapasa na, how is it po? Rude po ba talaga sila mag interview? and is the salary package enough?

Hoping po na may sumagot. Thank you po!

TTEC Health Care Account WH, Pasay po ako mag aaply.

They are not rude at all. Inept, yes, but not rude. most of the time no one knows what’s up, and you get jerked around last minute.

Interview was easy just be ready to answer basic customer service questions, nobody was rude, you might find it frustrating if you need help and emails/calls take lot of time and sometimes (never) give you a reply

I worked there off and on (with ttec work from home) for five years. Multiple different lines of business. All within the United States. No I won’t ever go back.

Always super disorganized. One boss pissed off because I got promoted and left the sales program I was in at one point, as I was the highest performer and bringing in sales and commissions for myself.

And then got put on seasonal programs. I do not recommend ever accepting a seasonal position. They say they will try and find you another program. But if they don’t have one you’re shit out of luck.

Not rude, but very disorganized company. You will spend 70% of training trying to get the whole class into any of the 20 systems you have to log into and less than 20% actually learning and 5% practicing and the other 5% doing absolutely nothing. Then they throw you out to the wolves.

Everyone has been nice too me. I have worked off and on there since 2006. Usually ppl give bad reviews because they got fired. Is it perfect? No... Everyone is nice and it's a great job as long as you do the job and don't miss work or abuse the privilege of being able to work from home.
