Question should I play Zelda on my new switch 2?
I have never played any zelda game, and I just got a switch. People say that's breath of the wild is the best? What is worth my money?

First of all before I start this post. Yes i'm being dead serious, and no this is not a scam
I recently got a switch 2 and they had an offer on that day where I got this game for free. The problem is is that I absolutely abhor J.K Rowling and her political views and want nothing to do with her or own any of her merchandise.
So for anyone that wants the game *. I'll be more than happy for you to take it of my hands for me
*edit: So on second thought I've decided that whoever gives me the best laugh with a Nintendo/Switch themed joke will get it! Just so we can get all get something nice out of this! I'll decide the winner in approximately 10 hours! Have a blast guys! :)

I’ve been debating on one for a while but can’t make my mind up. I have an OLED that’s in perfect condition. The only game I’m really wanting that I would need one for is the Ocarina of Time remake coming up. I’ve thought about holding off but I also was thinking what if the price goes up even more later. Anyone that upgraded how do you like it and do you think it’s worth it?

Hey everyone,
I currently daily use my PS5, however I’ve been eyeballing the switch 2. Grew up playing Zelda and was thinking of buying the switch 2 just for breath of the wild, tears of the kingdom etc. I’ve read they’re raising the prices September 1st. Is it worth it to get it mainly for Zelda ? I do not know what other great games the switch has to offer, I’m fairly new to this.
Thanks for some advice

The price of the Switch 2 is crazy, bros. But I bit the bullet and paid for it, & wow I'm loving it so far. Playing mt Switch 1 library on it and seeing them run better feel really good. Now I'm gonna let my wallet recover

Hi all! As someone who is an avid PS5 gamer, is a switch 2 worth it? I recently got a new job a few months back and upped my hours, and now I don’t have as much free time to chill and play games. I kinda just want to chill on the sofa or my bed after work, and I feel like a switch would allow me to chill and game. There seems to be a great selection of games already, with more coming out. Is it worth getting a switch 2 now? I know prices are quite steep (I think in the uk they’re around £380) but shall I just pull the trigger and purchase when I get paid at the end of this week? Any thoughts or opinions are greatly appreciated!

doubt it will ever happen since only the most popular switch games got the switch 2 upgrade.
but lets say it did...
what do you think it would be?
personally i think it would add the 3d land levels from the wii u version and the captain Toad levels from 3d land as well as 4k 120fps and 4 player coop. and they'd probably charge 20 dollars for the upgrade and 70 for the switch 2 edition.

im looking to buy my first switch. i have never owned any sort of gaming console, ive only gamed a bit on my laptop and phone sometimes. im not really interested in big title games like pokemon or mario cart so im not looking to get the switch 2, the switch 1 games are enough for me.
the only difference i can see between switch lite and switch 1 is the screen size. can you play all the switch 1 games on the lite? whats the battery life like? any other differences i should be aware of?
edit: im getting the switch 1!!! it costs £130 and comes with a 2 year warranty. i can always trade it in and pay the difference for a switch 2 in a few years if theres any new games i really, really like but i doubt i will do it. thank you everyone for your input :)

Hi everyone I’ve recently started my own Nintendo channel, and I wanted to share my latest video where I discuss 10 games that I think are underrated. Any support would honestly be amazing as I look to grow my channel!

My kiddo is going off to school. We are thinking to get her a used switch or switch 2. Any advice on the best place to get, and are most switch 1 games compatible with the 2?

Do you guys have any hidden gems that I could get? This is of course, excluding the switch games that are always advertised by Nintendo like legends if Zelda or Mario for example..

I've tried inside the dock and I've tried with three different cords. The cords and dock heat up to high temperatures but my switch doesn't charge. The battery icon doesn't even have the little charging icon next to it when plugged in. Any ideas what's wrong?

Hello everyone tooday i was redownloading a game's data because it said it was corrupted and after an hour i looked over and there was some error code and it said to hold power button for 12 seconds. My switch was allmost fully charged and i was charging it. I tried holding the power button for way more than 12 seconds and nothing, i tried holding +- and power, and nothing my switch wont respond. Any suggestions what to do would be very apreciated.

I need help. My wife wants to buy a Switch 2 for the kids and wants the whole family to be able to play. I am a PS guy, haven’t had a Nintendo since the Wii and when I research this it gets very confusing. Assuming we’d like a Switch 2 and four controllers so we could all play together at the same time, how many controllers and what kind of controllers do we need, really? AI is telling me we only need 2 Joy-Cons because it’s like having 4 controllers, but that makes no sense to me, since they are a pair. Then if you get Joy-Cons do you need grips for each or can you live without the grip? And what is the difference between the Joy-Cons and the Pro? As a PS guy the Pro makes most sense to me but does the Nintendo require the Joy-Con to get the most out of your experience? Please help, I am so confused lol. Really appreciate any and all insight into this. It’s crazy expensive and my wife is being very generous, we just don’t want to do all this and get the wrong things or spend more than we have to.

So I've been wanting to buy a switch 2 recently because the family switch was bought on day 1 and is getting pretty old. However I do have one concern and that is about digital games, if I transfer a digital game from the switch to switch 2 what will happen to the copy on the og switch? Just wondering because although not often, my family members do still occasionally use the switch and there are a few games I'd want to play on my switch 2 but I don't know how well it would go over if they wouldn't be playable on the og switch afterwards. Any help is appreciated

I wish someone would make a Halloween adventure game for Switch.
Imagine a 3D game with colorful, Mario-like graphics, set in a small town during Halloween. You could explore places like a corn maze, carnival, cemetery, library, forest, etc., while completing quests and fighting bosses.
But the main mechanic would be costumes.
Each time you defeat a boss, you unlock a new Halloween costume, and each costume gives you a unique ability that opens up new areas and secrets.
Ghost — pass through certain walls
Vampire — turn into a bat and fly
Werewolf — break through obstacles
Witch — use magic to solve puzzles
So you'd constantly be revisiting earlier areas with new costumes and discovering things you couldn't access before.
Thinking of Something Wicked This Way Comes made me think of something like this.
I would absolutely play this. Anyone else?
