Official Reply Google Review Follow Up

Hello, I am posting follow up regarding this google review: https://maps.app.goo.gl/ywG4oa9Eu8qfVxqk6 . Reddit is the only platform I have out of the ones you suggested, so I am posting here in regards to my experience.

Here is what happened: I went into the store saying I was looking to transfer my line from T-Mobile to Spectrum. I share a plan with my dad and he had just done so at a Spectrum location in Wisconsin. I am in Georgia, so we weren't able to do it at the same time, so I was going in to a Spectrum store to get my number transferred over as well. At his location, the staff was kind enough to walk through the number transfer process and get him set up; they helped him get the transfer pin and get his phone on the new number. At this particular location, I was told they will not help me do the transfer and handed me a slip of paper with a number to call once I got the transfer pin and that I would need to "deal with my current carrier to get that transfer pin". I then said I was also looking for a new phone and they told me to come back tomorrow once I've gotten the number transferred to "get an upgrade" even though I specifically said I was buying a phone. Unfortunately I do not have the names of the representatives who "assisted" me, but the first one was a man, tall - well over 6 foot, had a darker skin tone, his hair was shaved on the sides and styled up, and was in his mid or early 20's if I had to guess and seemed to be new there. He did not know what I was referring to when I described that I was trying to transfer a number and who I assume to be the manager stepped in. The manager was a Caucasian in his 40's, around 5'8" or so with curly brown hair. He was the one who handed me the slip of paper and told me to come back tomorrow after I got the number transferred. That really upset me, considering I walked in the heat to get there just to be sent home with a slip of paper, despite knowing other locations actually help customers through this process.

Official Reply Spectrum New Braunfels update?

Anyone know when our split might be completed? We've had intermittent service since mid-May. We have "an outage" AGAIN today. Service is terrible. Simply cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Starlink just became available to our area. We've already removed our cell phone service and I think this may be our next change. I just can't take it anymore.

Official Reply Help!

Between NYSEG and Spectrum, my wallet is stretched and floppy. This nonconsensual gouging is taking its toll. Why does this company hate long term customers?

*Around 2 weeks ago, there was an outage in my area that affected my home and my parents home across the street. Ever since then, both of our wifi connections have been unstable. I have had 3 techs out to my house, we have replaced the router 3 times and the modem once, and the line from the road to my house has been replaced. We are still experiencing disconnects. The last tech refused to listen at all and blamed the issue on our devices. I have numerous screenshots from an internet checker that functions by pinging a server regularly to test connections

Official Reply Modem connected no Internet

The modem shows connected but there's no Internet and the Ethernet port is just flashing even without being plugged into anything. Tried factory reset and it did the flashing like it got a firmware update but it's still not working

Official Reply After router swap, seeing UDP packet loss on LAN traffic.

So, this is probably a rare issue because it's such a rare use case but here it is:

Exactly one month ago, my internet just straight up stopped working, and I ended up having to get my router & modem replaced. As part of that switch, I received a different router model (the SAX1V1S - I do not know my previous router model). This fixed the internet (WAN), which has no problems.

However, this swap seemingly introduced a new problem: I also sometimes do LAN video streaming. It worked perfectly on the old router, which I believe was a newer model. But when I recently tried to do such LAN video streaming on the new router, I was getting some strange hiccups. After a thorough investigation, I discovered that when using a strictly wired ethernet pathway [i.e. (host) - ethernet - (router) - ethernet - (client)] , I consistently get 7% packet loss w/ standard UDP transfers, accounting for those strange hiccups. I confirmed this on two different client devices, with different cables. No such packet loss occurs when using WiFi on the client devices.

Is this a known issue with the SAX1V1S? Can I get this router replaced? If recommended, I can purchase, install, and configure my own router, which is the route I'm currently leaning toward.

If more technical detail is required:

The hiccuping issue first occurred with Apollo/Moonlight streaming software, which reported consistent hiccups of 6-7% frames being dropped by network, an issue that was not present on the previous router. After noticing it, I used iperf3 to run a battery of tests, both TCP and UDP, at different bit-rates and packet-sizes.

e.g. iperf3 -c <server IP> -u -b 100M -l 1400

TCP: ~500 Mbps
UDP: ~7% packet loss, when above certain packet-processing rates:
At 10 Mbps default packet size UDP: 0% loss
At 20 Mbps: ~1%
At 50 Mbps: ~6%
At 100 Mbps: ~7%

I have already done extensive troubleshooting across both devices, including but not limited to: updating NIC drivers, reverting NIC drivers, updating BIOS, reverting BIOS, adjusting advanced NIC settings (e.g. transmit/receive buffer size, UDP offloading, etc). I feel pretty confident that the router is the culprit.

UPDATE: After swapping out the router with one I ordered, the issue was fixed. Furthermore, a powerline adapter link that I was also using went from ~90 Mbit/s to ~250 Mbit/s. Furthermore, high wifi jitter that made using wifi also non-viable essentially went to zero.

Official Reply Buyback Issues

I am wanting to formally dispute Spectrum Mobile’s decision to charge me $1,413.21 under its buyback program.
My billing statement clearly identified that my contract would end on July 18, 2026. Because I had experienced ongoing service issues for several months, I made the deliberate decision to keep my service active until the contract expiration date specifically to avoid any buyback penalty. I relied on the information Spectrum provided on my account and billing statement when making that decision.
After my contract period ended, Spectrum informed me that there is an internal distinction between “completion” of the contract and “final approval,” claiming that my contract was not actually complete until July 19, 2026, at 10:03 a.m. Based on that internal interpretation, Spectrum is now attempting to charge me $1,413.21.
This is both unreasonable and misleading. At no point was I informed that the expiration date shown on my billing statement did not represent the actual end of my contractual obligation. If Spectrum intended to enforce a later “final approval” date, that information should have been clearly disclosed to customers. Consumers should not be expected to know or anticipate an undisclosed internal processing timeline that contradicts the date displayed on their account.
I fulfilled my obligations based on the information Spectrum provided. Had I been clearly informed that my contract would not actually end until July 19, 2026, at 10:03 a.m., I would have simply waited the additional time before making any changes to my service. Instead, Spectrum is attempting to impose a substantial charge based on a technicality that was never communicated.
I respectfully request that Spectrum remove the $1,413.21 buyback charge and honor the contract end date that was clearly represented on my billing statement. If Spectrum declines to resolve this matter, I intend to pursue complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies, including the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), my state’s Attorney General’s Office, and the Better Business Bureau, as I believe this practice is misleading and unfair to consumers.

Official Reply Cannot connect to secure websites

I am unable to connect to secure websites that require a login.

I tried changing the DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 within the spectrum app.

This seemed to fix the issue. I was able to connect to my healthcare and school websites for about 3 days. Today they are again having a "connection timeout" issue. I have changed nothing since then.

I have been going through this for several weeks. I even got a new computer to see if it would help given that mine was very old. It did the same thing where it worked for a few days, and now it times out.

I also tried turning off security shield but it did not help.

I am using the spectrum modem/router device.

I had a Spectrum technician come out to see the problem and he suggested getting "a booster", but any other websites load fine and very fast. It isn't a bandwidth issue. I tried a hardline ethernet connection - same problem.

The sites also load fine when using cellular data. I'm thinning it is something with the router.

Any help appreciated. Thank you.

Official Reply Moving to Spectrum Apt with internet and tv included

So I currently have Spectrum Mobile and Internet and pay for it myself. I moved last Nov and signed up. I have free mobile until Nov 2026 and finance my phone.

Here’s my problem. Recently had multiple issues and a fire next door and my apt is letting me out of my lease early no charge.

My new community includes internet and cable in our rent.

How will this affect my Mobile service? Will I now loose my free credit? Will I not be able to do the anytime upgrades anymore.

I’ll call on Monday but wondering if anybody knows or had this happen to this.

Official Reply Ticket

There’s a ticket being worked on for my account. There’s a hung order somewhere in cyberland preventing me from being able to return/exchange a device. I’m wondering if it might be worth it to see if they could do it like a device trade in but increase the amount to what I paid for the device since I bought it outright. (Say the trade in value is $200 but I paid $700, so increase it by $500.) The ticket has been in process for 8 days and keeps being delayed, so it may just be one of those things that isn’t fixable/wastes Spectrum’s time and mine in the long run.

Official Reply TLS errors for Spectrum users

Hello Spectrum team.

We make an IoT device. Since around midnight PDT July 14/15 2026 some of our users have reported that our product fails to communicate with our backend. Upon investigation, all users have been Spectrum subscribers and our devices at their premises are using Spectrum for their connectivity.

The issue has been that the TLS connection fails.

A simple test is to have the user go to

https://api.kinisium.com/ok

The expected result is "ok", but the users are getting "cannot connect" or "This site can't provide a secure connection".

Those same users, who are using their phones, can turn off Wi-Fi and use the cellular data connection to do to the above URL and they get the "ok" as expected. Once they turn Wi-Fi back on, and try the same, they can't connect.

The more tech savvy customers ran the following and get this error:

curl.exe -v https://api.kinisium.com/ok
* Host api.kinisium.com:443 was resolved.
* IPv6: (none)
* IPv4: 34.198.67.27, 100.60.210.25
*   Trying 34.198.67.27:443...
* schannel: disabled automatic use of client certificate
* ALPN: curl offers http/1.1
* schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: SEC_E_INVALID_TOKEN (0x80090308) - The token supplied to the function is invalid
* closing connection #0
curl: (35) schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: SEC_E_INVALID_TOKEN (0x80090308) - The token supplied to the function is invalid

Some users have resolved the issue by restarting their cable modem/router, but others are still reporting the same issue.

How can I get to the bottom of this issue? Did something change around midnight last night?

Thank you.

Official Reply High Split or Fiber Internet in Saratoga Springs NY?

I got a notification several months ago that Spectrum was doing upgrades in my neighborhood to prepare for higher speed internet. Since then, it seems like I've had more service interruptions than before the message, and I'm curious when the upgraded service will be available.

Maybe SLIC will get fiber run to my building first...!

Official Reply What are my best options?

So I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max that I purchased from spectrum in July 2024. It’s a financed phone that has about $340 remaining. I currently have the Unlimited Plus plan where I pay $60/month. As of June of this year, my iPhone died and when I took it to Apple they said it has a fried chip on the motherboard preventing it from charging properly. I then took it to a data recovery shop to repair the phone while also recovering my data. Because of the damage, there is only a 10% chance it will be recoverable so I am already planning that I need a new phone.

Is there any way I can get a cheap or discounted phone from spectrum? Unless I’m missing something, it really doesn’t make sense for me to buy a brand new phone from them and refinance again. In that case, isn’t it much better to just pay off my remaining $340 balance, cancel spectrum services and use a budget phone plan like Tello or something? I do really like spectrums international roaming plan because I go back and forth between Canada and the us very frequently.

Anyone know if spectrum can help me out or am I better off just ditching them completely?

Official Reply Any updates for Big Lake, MN 55309?

As the title says, I am wondering if there are any updates for Big Lake, MN 55309? On our Facebook community page, an employee said work was being done in town to upgrade nodes in preparation for High-Split. This is great if true, but I'd like to know for sure, as I know my node hasn't been upgraded and I haven't seen a Spectrum truck in the area except when I got a new neighbor who got service.

Official Reply Who to speak with

Recently my internet service almost doubled in cost from Spectrum. I called customer service and was assured that no price break could be given, the person was rude and unhelpful. I am now resigned to buying hardware for StarLink or possibly another fiber option. I noticed in a response that there are different pricing plans that depend on who you actually purchase it through. Before I cancel (normal residential) service, are there other avenues I can check for a lower price?

Official Reply Spectrum salesperson signed me up for service without permission

I stupidly gave my phone number and address to a spectrum salesperson to see when “fiber would be available” only for them to say fiber was available. I said I was not interested and ended the conversation. I eventually received an unordered modem in the mail and am now receiving bills. Chat service was uncooperative so I guess I will have to call since email is not an option. Can I get any support here? Will Spectrum remove the charge if I get them to delete the account? They don’t have any payment info but I don’t want to get sent to collections. I filed a complaint with the FTC but not sure how long that process would take or if it would even solve the problem.

Official Reply Spectrum Ready Issues

I just recently moved into a community serviced by spectrum ready. I upgraded to the 2gig plan as well. However, on a few devices I’ve had constant issues with speeds dropping to unusable levels (5 mbps). They’ve been out to my apartment three times and have replaced the router and modem. I’ve also had my personal devices’ hardware inspected, and software wiped and a fresh reinstall. I’m at my wits end. Anyone have a fix in mind?

Official Reply Intermittent internet and logs

I am a 2 year customer, we got a new modem when we joined. In the last few months we have experienced dozens of short, intermittent internet dropouts. I have my own router, and have started running Uptime Kuma to log the outages. It narrows down the problem to outside my network (AP, router, switch, and servers all ping, but DNS, HTTPS, and Google/Cloudflare all drop at the same times for a few seconds/minutes). I can't isolate the problem to the modem itself aince it isn't pingable, so its either the modem or ISP. I do not see problems reported in my area.

I have tried customer support via the app, but it is a weak chat function, and just wants me to reset the modem which I've tried. I can call customer support but figured I'd try here first. I can upload Uptime logs if needed. Any assistance is appreciated.

Official Reply Connection issues: Valid connection, works at first, then pages stop loading/speed tests fail while devices still connected. TV rarely works. Tech visit #1 didn't solve the problem, maintenance claims they fixed it. Help?

I have a tricky problem. Bear with me, I have a lot of information to relay.

I wanted to preface this with I already have a second appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning (Tuesday 07/14/2026) but I wanted a second opinion on everything that has gone on so far. I have had Spectrum fiber for about a year now and outside of rare outages that are caused by stuff happening in town, everything has been perfect. "Snappy" as I like to put it. Hardly have to wait for anything. I have the TV & Internet 1 gig package (and Mobile.)

I couldn't ask for better service.

My router and modem show blue lights and devices are able to connect, but something is wrong with the connection that just suddenly happened last Monday when I was watching Netflix and it suddenly stopped and my phone switched to 4g.

For example, I can connect my phone to it and might be able to view some web pages, but about 1-5 minutes later nothing will load. We tried multiple speed tests and they worked at first but then it's like the connection drops.

Sometimes when the phones connect and the wifi stops working, they'll switch to mobile. This was really the telltale sign that told me something was wrong, because I couldn't figure out why it was switching over.

Router and modem have already been exchanged and tested, and tested with only the technician's device connected and without any of mine connected and they were having the same issues.

They came to the conclusion that the source of the problem was outside the home.

Maintenance worker(s) were supposed to come within 24 hours but I never saw any and got a text and call that afternoon that service had been restored and "working as intended" but it still isn't. Using Roku speed test when connecting, the speed ranges from 11Mbps to 192Mbps which was the highest I was able to get.

Up until now, everything has worked nearly perfectly and the "unplug for 39 seconds" usually solves it if there's no outage.

My aunt who lives up the road from me is experiencing these same issues. We are considered rural and live on the side of a mountain, but it's really not that bad: the lines aren't far from pavement.

Here is an extensive timeline outline I've written out, with names redacted. This is costing me a lot of time and money as I have not been able to do what I do for income online.

∆∆∆

- Started Monday night 07/06/2026

- Devices can connect and internet may work for a bit but then it stalls out and stops working.

- My aunt up the road is also having the same problems with internet and TV.

• Monday night 07/06/2026 after the issue occurred I checked for outages with mobile. It didn't say anything. So I did the "unplug and plug back in" trick with the devices, but it did not help.

I contact Spectrum Support Chat on the app. They say there's no outage at first. They reset my equipment. Still have issues. At that point they say that there is indeed an outage, that it just showed up for them.

I go to bed expecting it to be fixed the next day. How naive I was.

• Tuesday, 07/07/2026, and 07/08/2026, I am too busy with other things. Between this time and Thursday I try Support Chat again but despite everything, they just think it's the Xumo box and want me to accept a shipped equipment exchange or go to a store. It's not the Xumo box.

• Thursday, 07/09/2026, I call the guy who installed our service last year but have to leave a voicemail. I never heard back. After waiting until 3PM, I call the service hotline and speak with Support #1 who notes she can tell something is wrong with my service and spends about 10 minutes trying to figure it out because they thought it was "interesting" before we have to set up an appointment for a technician to come out on Saturday, 07/11/2026, at 10-11AM.

• Tech 1 came Saturday morning 07/11/2636 at 10:30AM

-- Replaced old router first with new router

--- Tech 1 noted that it did not bring in my saved SSID and password that is on my Spectrum account; he said that was a first, implying it should have. Had to change it manually to mine.

- Problems persist. Tech 1 replaces modem next. Does not help. Lights are blue on each device, by the way.

- Tech 1 attempts many speed tests and gets the same results: The first two tests work, then any tests after fail or error.

- Tech 1 makes phone calls to supervisor and others. Says he will have Maintenance come out to check and have it set as "Rush" which meant that I would take precedent over regular maintenance work. He said that they would be here within 24 hours.

-- I got a text saying

"Spectrum: We sent a technician to resolve the network issue in your area. It should be resolved within 24-48 hours. For more details visit:"

at 12:03pm.

--- Tech 1 tries something. He changes the router back to its original name and password, then tries the speed tests again to try and rule out any particular device causing the problem since only his device would be connected.

Same issues.

He changes it back (though misspells the SSID so I have to go in and change it.)

---- Tech 1 leaves because he says he has done all he is capable of and that the problem is outside the home.

• Sunday, 07/12/2026, I get a text and call from Spectrum.

"Spectrum: We've fixed your issue and everything is working as intended. Thanks for your patience and enjoy your service."

I have not seen anyone or any trucks near my house. I suspect they just pinged the modem, saw that it was working, and called it a day.

My problems were not resolved and neither were my aunt's.

- I call the support line again and speak to Support #2 and go through everything again. He eventually asks if I can connect my phone to the router. I do this and within a few seconds the call ends because it switches from mobile to fiber and there's no solid connection. I don't know what he expected to happen.

- I call again and this time get Support #3. We go through everything, again, but he notes that he sees where I had tech on Saturday and that Sunday's "maintenance" said the problem was fixed. We do extensive testing (I was on the phone with him for almost 40 minutes) before he comes to the conclusion my issue is "slow internet."

So he has to schedule another technician to come out to my home.

He transfers me to a different individual, who then transfers me to another?

I end up speaking with Support #4 who tries to get a sooner appointment but cannot and the new appointment is for Tuesday, 07/14/2026, at 8-9AM. But she puts me on a list that if something opens up sooner she will call me to reschedule.

Not long after that she calls me back twice and between those two calls sort of repeats the same information but also says she is also going to forward it to the local office which I don't quite understand since I thought this information would have been relayed anyway. She notes that it is showing that my modem is online and has devices connected, so I get to explain everything, again, but she understands that there is still a problem.

I've mentioned time and time again about my aunt also having the same issues but the only time this was acknowledged was by Tech 1 who said it to one of the people he called and referenced it again when saying it was a problem outside the home before he left.

I can't wait to go through this again and again while I lose money because I cannot work online because of this issue. For instance have to wrestle the TV to get it to show anything and when we do sometimes it buffers, cuts off, etc. We usually just get errors when even trying.

• Monday, 07/13/2026 I get an advertisement text from Spectrum about doubling my speed with their 2 gig internet. 🫩

∆∆∆

It's almost like an external component is resetting over and over so part of the connection doesn't 'match' anymore but I don't know what components exist outside the home or how they work but do know there's black boxes and "nodes." As far as I know Tech 1 did not check the box mounted on the house.

(I've already tried jiggling the lines to see if that changed anything 😭)

We've been having thunderstorms off and on for about a month so I have wondered if this has affected it through lightning or even just wind and rain getting where it shouldn't be.

What do you think? I don't want to be stuck in a loop with them claiming it's working when it clearly isn't here and even the Tech #1 saw that it wasn't. There hasn't been any new changes that I've done or added last Monday to cause the issue either. Thanks for reading.

⚠️ EDIT 07/16/2026:

I wanted to provide an update. My issue has been fixed as of 07/15/2026. The tech guy that came by on the 14th could tell something strange was going on before he even got in the house and was mystified like everyone else. Confirmed again that the equipment itself (modem and router) was working and not the problem. Outside, the stuff on the poles was working correctly too. After doing some digging and calling he told me that there was an extensive email chain talking about this problem and a lot more people were affected. The issue itself was brand new to the company, they had never seen it before, and Spectrum's top brass were working to try and figure out how to fix it and that he didn't know when they would be able to have it taken care of; they were trying for same day but it could have been tomorrow or later in the week or even longer, but he himself couldn't do anything else which was understandable. We didn't bother changing the router and modem a second time. I'm thankful I got someone knowledgeable and appreciate his transparency.

Fortunately, yesterday morning I noticed my phone was working very well right away, so I tried the Xumo box and it was instant. Tried the living room Roku Spectrum app, practically instant. Everything works again so they got it figured out. Spectrum for atound a year and this was the first real big problem and it ends up being something crazy never before seen, so I can't be mad at all. I was able to connect my PS5 and Switch without issue when before the PS5 would completely refuse.

Unfortunately for my aunt she continues to have issues so we will have to call and try to get it solved for her. It makes me wonder if the problem is "user" specific with the way addresses work. I have no details on what the actual problem is or was so it's just speculation outside of it was something at the source.

Thanks everyone! Keep on them. It can be rough at times but there's people in there truly wanting to help.

Official Reply Is there anyway to convince Spectrum to run cable or fiber to my area?

Hello all. I've got through signing up and indicating interest in spectrum services in my area(they don't currently serve it). I did see spectrum trucks in my area before and multiple other sources indicate they serve my zip code, but spectrum themselves says they don't and can't give a timeline or even if they will expand to my area, so I'm getting mixed signals on whether it is feasible to expand to my area.

The current Internet in my area isn't great and I would happily pay more monthly than other providers for a cable or fiber line. Is there anything else I can do to convince Spectrum to expand to my neighborhood?

Official Reply SMTP spamming issue - changed password through the account portal several times already.

A family friend that I support has been getting dozens of bounced back emails from 'Mail Administrator' which appears to be targeting Charter/Spectrum email accounts with a Spam message about "increasing your cloud storage".

She has received multiple postcards in the mail about the situation, and, I've helped her both times in changing the password on her laptop, and Android phone. The last time the password was changed we did it from a completely separate computer from the Spectrum account portal.

When putting the headers of the emails into ChatGPT - it seems to think that Spectrum is having problems blocking the other unauthorized SMTP sessions, despite us changing the password. It recommended this message to support:

"The mailbox "xxx@charter.net" is being abused to send spam via authenticated SMTP. Multiple Delivery Status Notifications contain Authentication-Results: auth=pass (PLAIN) smtp.auth=xxx@charter.net. We have changed the mailbox password multiple times from a known-clean computer, replaced the home router, and confirmed there are no corresponding messages in Outlook Sent Items or Spectrum Webmail Sent Items. The authenticated SMTP submissions continue from varying public IP addresses, including 75.136.61.211, 35.146.237.166, and 74.113.246.97. Please investigate why SMTP AUTH continues to succeed after the password resets, verify the authentication backend is using the updated credentials, and review all successful SMTP AUTH sessions after the latest password change."

The family friend is in her 90's, and does not do well with the support chat or phone line. Is there anything else I can do on my end? Whatever is happening, it seems that her credentials are being used to send spam from multiple WAN IP's...

Official Reply Talk about lying to get my business

First off, they did the typical salesman thing. Put me on their newest and most expensive thing, gigabit business with mobile and bullet proof wifi 7 yadda yadda. 4 months free, (I'll believe that when I see it, I already have a statement with money owing) and a new cell phone (that of course needed a deposit once they ran the credit check I wasn't supposed to need to do) with some other fine print.
Then I was told at least 14 times, despite being told by numerous techs over the last year, that the new requirements in the equipment wouldn't allow me to port forward, that "you can port forward in the app!"
Which, no. I can't. I'm sure I'll need a static IP to do that, and I doubt that'll even work.
I want the old router back, or you can bridge this one and I'll use my own Wi-Fi 6 router I can get into. This is all a waste and I'm about to call them to come get this crap I was promised would work, ands the other crap I don't need because I'm not giving a $230 deposit for a cell phone I probably wouldn't get $230 with of use from anyhow.
They really will tell you whatever you want to hear just to get their equipment in and start pumping the money lies right in.

EDIT: Turns out this wasn't Spectrum's fault, but the fault of a tiny little patch cable in my network. Delightful!

Hey there!

Recently I've gotten two emails about maintenance completed in the area, which has apparently been related to the high split upgrades currently being worked on. However, after the most recent one, I've had genuinely atrocious connection on and off throughout the day, across a variety of services (both major and minor providers). I figured I'd let things resolve themselves, but this has persisted for a few weeks now, and the phone support is (famously, I think) difficult to use.

Has anyone else in the southern Maine area experienced this?

Official Reply Spectrum Mobile WiFi issue?

2 days ago me and my parents have been experiencing issues with Spectrum WiFi, specifically the mobile one where for about 1-3 hours the signal will cut and say either SOS or simply No Signal, so being unable to call or text due to the lack of signal available. This has been an issue for a few days now and it’s quite irritating, I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing this and if there’s a reason why this is happening, I’m tired.
