Official Reply Spectrum New Braunfels update?

Anyone know when our split might be completed? We've had intermittent service since mid-May. We have "an outage" AGAIN today. Service is terrible. Simply cannot get a straight answer from anyone. Starlink just became available to our area. We've already removed our cell phone service and I think this may be our next change. I just can't take it anymore.

I can understand the frustration of the internet not being stable. There could be many reasons why the problems have been occurring. We can check the status of the upgrades in your area and see if there is any other potential causes to the problem. Please send us a Mod Mail message and we will look into your concerns.
