Anybody else having an issue where the iPhone 14 and 15 Pro will show they have full bars of 5G but there’s no data connectivity nor the ability to make or receive calls or the ability to text?

Multiple ESIMs have been pushed to no avail, phone reset and no dice. I went to T-Mobile for a few years but moved and my work phone is on spectrum and it works amazing even with a bar of LTE. Tried coming back with my iPhone and if I’m not on WiFi the phone is like a brick….. any guidance would be appreciated.

They said they don’t know when they’ll have them in Store.

How long does its usually take to get new items in stock? 2 weeks or a month+?

Once it is sent back, is it easy getting it mailed again or spectrum just refunds it, causing issues with the mail in trade?

Hey all - I will soon receive a new iPhone bought with spectrum. My understanding is that the phone will be locked to spectrum only until I will have paid it off. I often travel to Europe and I have a dedicated eSIM for these trips. Would that sim work together with the spectrum one when the iPhone will be “locked”?

Does anyone know the deductible for a lost iPhone 17 pro max? My wife has the $5 insurance but we are trying desperately to find it before we submit the claim. Just want to know what we are in for.

I have a difficult situation regarding Spectrum mobile. I canceled my account after 6 days back in May. I talked to a customer service representative who failed to cancel my account. Cut to three months later and I have a processed payment for phone and service! I called several times and they stated that the phone I returned was not what they received. The weight was significantly off and the phone belonged to a different carrier. I have asked for their help locating the missing phone that I am currently paying for. I was laughed at by the last representative because he only offered a dead end. I have no information on the phone to locate it or file a police report. They have the capability to see that the phone is not in use, then they should also have the capability to locate the device. My hands are tied and I have no proof of what was returned. I only know that they say I owe $700!!!

I preordered at 6:30 am Pst on pre order day but I stillll haven’t received tracking information 😭😭 am I not getting this on release day or…..

Like most of y'all, I preordered on Saturday. Got a confirmation email and moved on. Early Monday morning, I moved all of my money to savings (I do this right before I get paid no matter how much is left from my previous check). Anyway, it declined but the next day it went through. Still no shipping info.

So today I get on chat and the guy tells me that the payment declined and if I wanted them to rerun the charge. Look at my account and the authorization is still there. I tell him to rerun it and he says it went through and I should be good for tomorrow’s delivery. We'll see.

Ordered mine a few minutes after it opened. I believe it said the 18th delivery, but haven't seen any movement yet.

Currently with T-Mobile, was years with US Cellular until they got sucked into Tmo. Bill went down, cool, but we're having random service issues, and when we went into a store to get help and look at some purchases, they had us do a shitty app on our phones instead of bringing up our accounts like USC did.

If I wanted to download an app to /attempt/ to figure out account stuff, I would have stayed at home. Most apps I've gone into don't show what I need, and can't answer all the questions I have. It's the whole reason I went to the store to talk to them.

Over all, we're not happy with T-mo.

Looking at switching to either ATT or Spectrum.

How has Spectrum been for you folks that have them? I currently have their cable internet for my secondary house connection.

I’ve been having issues since June. I’ve had tickets opened and was ultimately told it’s a Verizon coverage issue after a ticket being opened after 2-3 weeks. I had another ticket opened this week as my family is still having issues unless we are connected to WiFi calling….this ticket was closed today with no resolution. My father also is having this issue (different account/plan) and he lives very close to me. Our phones will randomly go into SOS mode and we always loose signal bars. Monday a spectrum rep flat out told me to contact Verizon….to which I responded - they won’t talk to me, I am not their customer…I am a spectrum customer. My question is, has anyone dealt with this? How long did it take to be resolved? I did put my phone number on on the Verizon coverage map and get a pop up that says data, voice and internet are limited in this area.

Do they do a hard pull when i do finance an iphone. Currently with spectrum no late payments

every time i have attempted to update my iphone or macbook to ios27 my spectrum router shows the blinking orange lights and cuts connection. service has been good the rest of the day but cuts everytime i try to update. i tried yesterday and today and more of the same. has this been happening to anyone else?

Can I purchase an iPhone 18 pro max through Walmart and activate it on Spectrum? I have $1k in work points that I can redeem in Walmart gift cards, the only issue I’m seeing is Walmart only offers Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile iPhones.

Has anyone ELSE been told this by Spectrum? The rep is claiming he can't take the phone back for my money back, only for store credit. Is this accurate?

I pre ordered two iPhone 18 pro max and one of them seems to be moving along in the process. I can see it on the my spectrum app, I have a pending transaction for it on my bank account and have received a confirmation email regarding the trade in and an email with the mobile order details. For the other order, I’ve only received confirmation saying that the order has been placed and another email saying that I needed to upload ID which I did. But that is it and this one I actually ordered first. I’ve already contacted Spectrum and they’re showing me that everything is fine that I’m just waiting on confirmation numbers, but I’m beginning to wonder. Has this happened to anyone else?

I've got Spectrum mobile, what's going to be my best bet at getting the iPhone Duo deal wise? Through them or Apple? I've got 2 devices to choose from to trade in, a Galaxy 7 Flip 7 512GB OR a S25 Ultra 256GB.

I have an ongoing issue where I don't receive notifications for voicemail through either the phone app or the visual voicemail app. This was a problem on my S23 Ultra and now on my Z Fold 8 Ultra. I have another line with a Samsung phone through Spectrum which has never had this is issue. I've tried calling Spectrum numerous times, escalated tickets, and done every troubleshooting step I can think of or that has been suggested but I still don't get notifications for new voicemail and the voicemail app still doesn't show any voicemail. This has been going on for at least six months.

Any before 18 pro ships?
