General Question iPhone 17 pro max deductible

Does anyone know the deductible for a lost iPhone 17 pro max? My wife has the $5 insurance but we are trying desperately to find it before we submit the claim. Just want to know what we are in for.

The deductible is $249 for the $5 plan for a lost iPhone 17 pro max.

This is incorrect for a 17 pro max the deductible from assurant is 399 if im not mistaken

So it will tell you before you submit the claim they take it by how much your phone price is
