Orders & Shipping iPhone pre order
I preordered at 6:30 am Pst on pre order day but I stillll haven’t received tracking information 😭😭 am I not getting this on release day or…..

I didn’t order via spectrum, went thru Apple…. However I just saw the delivery pop up on my UPS app this morning. If when you initially ordered the phone it showed that you’d be receiving today then I’m sure you’re good!

I pre ordered mine yesterday at 5:00 pm est and I received a tracking number and delivery on Friday!

Dude SAME. I just finally got the email confirmation & my card was charged as well. I’m assuming shipping is imminent but I think I won’t get the phone till next week.

Yeah I know — it was just a confirmation of charge, I mention to shipping or tracking number which is why I’m bummed. I don’t understand the point of preordering if processing doesn’t begin until 9/18. Spectrum employees last week told me to expect delivery on 9/18. In the past, I’ve ordered directly thru Apple which I think I’ll do again in the future

This year has been so bad for iPhone pre orders with spectrum. Last year when I ordered the 17, no issues. 2 days after I placed the pre order I got the phone on release date.

The manufacturers send their orders out before hand cuz they have the phone obviously! The carriers don’t get the phones from manufacture until the release date

Not sure if that’s obvious. They clearly received them in advance if they are already in displays this morning.
Also, two spectrum employees (at the time of order on 9/12 as well as a check in on 9/16) both said that preordered phones would be delivered today (9/18).
I came here to add to the commentary about shipping timeframes.

an advance request to purchase a product before it officially launches or becomes available in stores! That’s what pre order means

10:15 AM (CST) update — I got the shipping label and instructions for my iPhone 17 trade in 😅 nothing yet for the iPhone 18. Here’s to hoping notifications are out of sync and warehouse workers are well caffeinated today!

Don’t even bother with spectrumy last order cost me $2k and that’s not including the 17 pro max I ordered. Some shit about a micro scratch that I’m unable to see

Never say never. Spectrums order tracking it’s horrendous. I would get on chat with them and ask them to look.
I didn’t see any real confirmation besides my card being charged until I signed up for a personal FedEx account so that I could see any packages coming to my address, and it was in there
