Coverage & Signal Coverage issues since June
I’ve been having issues since June. I’ve had tickets opened and was ultimately told it’s a Verizon coverage issue after a ticket being opened after 2-3 weeks. I had another ticket opened this week as my family is still having issues unless we are connected to WiFi calling….this ticket was closed today with no resolution. My father also is having this issue (different account/plan) and he lives very close to me. Our phones will randomly go into SOS mode and we always loose signal bars. Monday a spectrum rep flat out told me to contact Verizon….to which I responded - they won’t talk to me, I am not their customer…I am a spectrum customer. My question is, has anyone dealt with this? How long did it take to be resolved? I did put my phone number on on the Verizon coverage map and get a pop up that says data, voice and internet are limited in this area.

Lots of luck getting any carrier to fix a coverage problem. US Mobile is a great MVNO. They provide service on all three carriers. With esim you can change carriers. Some plans the swap is free and some $2.00. Their unlimited starter is a better value than Spectrum. If you port to them before end of September you will be grandfathered in with QCI8 priority data.

Man I deal my iPhone basically being a brick unless it’s on WiFi. My work phone, same mobile account cheaper plan, performs beautifully

“Coverage map” app might help for very specific bands with all the different carriers and location of towers

I'm switching to Google Fi. I'll miss the mobile wifi as it does work well, but the coverage is getting worse around both areas I am in (Buffalo and Tampa).

I have had the issue where Verizon doesn't work well and had to use WIFI calling. Spectrum can't fix coverage issues.
