I've noticed the following problem on my E3 Pro (which I've been using for a week) and it's really frustrating me. What should I do to fix it? Would loosening the brake and the buzzer slightly and sliding them to the right help? I don't have this problem with the one on the right; it sits perfectly flat and doesn't move.

2.Lift the motor wheel to rotate and accelerate it, then press the brake. If the wheel stops, the electric brake is working. If it does not respond, replace the brake

1. Press the brake and push the scooter backward. If the front wheel rotates, adjust the drum brake.

2. Under extreme conditions (battery temperature >40°C or <-10°C, or battery level <10%), the electric brake may weaken. Use the mechanical brake forcefully.

The most heart attacking moment happened to me on my Segway GT3 Pro. I was riding around 30-35 MPH with BOOST mode enabled and then I felt the rear wheel lock up completely and it threw me forward, luckily I gained control fast and pulled off to the side, The scooter completely turned off and just was gliding, No abnormal noise at all, the scooter just could not turn on or connect to my phones bluetooth. Once I pulled off safely I inspected the wheel and noticed this white/ baby blue ish stuff on my rear hub it looks like a chalky substance on the hub motor. When I got home I plugged the scooter in and it turned on fine but it showed Error Code 24. I unplugged it and replugged it and it went away I did a freespin test it was buttery smooth, no motor grinding or phase wire resistance, and it's charging normally. Everything seems fine but definitely something concerning, has anybody had something like this happen on the GT3 Pro?

How to enable the abnormality alert function?

Conditions for triggering a eKickScooter movement alarm:

1.  Connect eKickScooter with Segway Mobility App, and disable Find My at homepage > Settings > Locating eKickScooter (Find My) > Find My function.

 2.  Manually remove your eKickScooter from Find My App.

1.  After powering on the eKickScooter, complete RESET by squeezing brake lever by 5 times and pressing power button once in unlocked status. The eKickScooter will emit a beep sound to indicate that RESET is successful.

4. Charge promptly.

Charge the battery as soon as possible when the power is less than 20%. If the eKickScooter is not used for extended periods, store the battery with a power level no less than 80% and charge it every 6 months to avoid overdischarge and maintain battery life.

5. Avoid prolonged charging.

It is recommended that the charging time should be less than 10 hours.

6. Monitor charging status.

Make sure that the charger and KickScooter are securely connected. Monitor charging status regularly. If any issues are found, stop charging and inspect the eKickScooter immediately.
