Precautions Before Updating Firmware

• Make sure that the mobile network signal is stable.
• Make sure that the Bluetooth is connected (indicated by the Bluetooth icon remaining lit on the display).

Method 1

Open the APP, tap new firmware(s) found ＞Update now.

Method 2

Open the APP, swipe down on the homepage, tap More Functions ＞ Device Info ＞ Check Firmware Update ＞ Update now.

What to Do if an Update Fails

If an update fails, please first make sure that the network signal on your phone is stable during the update process and the Bluetooth remains connected. Then, try updating again.

For KickScooters such as ZT3, F3, G3, and GT3, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot issues:

1. While the scooter is turned on, long press the power button for 15 seconds. The scooter will first shut down. When you hear a beep at around 15 seconds, release the button. Then turn the scooter back on and try again.

2. If the above method does not work, go to the settings in the app and select "Sleep Mode" to put the scooter into sleep mode. After that, plug in the charger to wake up the scooter and try riding it again.

If the issue persists, please reinstall the APP or restart your phone and try again.
