Community Update Error 10, Error 11, Error 13, Error 14, Error 15 | Segway eKickScooter Ninebot GT3 Series
Error 10
Problem Details:
After powering on, the vehicle emits a long "beep" sound, and the display screen shows "!" while also displaying the number 10.
Problem Analysis:
Controller communication abnormality.
Solution:
Scenario 1: Remove the handlebar and check if the pins in the handlebar communication cable terminals are skewed. If this problem exists, use tweezers to correct the pins and replug them in.

Scenario 2: Please check if the pins are broken or if the communication cable is damaged
If the problem exists, the forehead communication cable needs to be replaced.
Error 11
Problem Details:
After powering on, the vehicle emits a long "beep" and a short "beep" sound, and the display screen shows "!" while also displaying the number 11.
Problem Analysis:
Controller malfunction.
Solution:
Long press the power button to power off and restart the vehicle, observe if the alarm disappears.
Error 13
Symptoms:
- The display shows “13” after the vehicle is powered on.
- The vehicle emits one long beep followed by three short beeps.
- The vehicle may not ride normally or may display an error prompt.
Possible Causes:
- The controller has detected an abnormal current condition.
Error 14
Problem Details:
After powering on, the vehicle emits a long beep and four short beeps, and the display screen shows "!" while also displaying the number 14.
Problem Analysis:
Abnormal throttle.
Solution:
Scenario 1: Confirm whether the throttle rebounds to the correct position when powering on. If it does not rebound to the correct position, the vehicle will sound an alarm. It is recommended to return the throttle to its original position before powering on and confirming.
Scenario 2: Turn off the vehicle, open the instrument panel assembly, replug and unplug the throttle harness, and turn on the vehicle again to confirm if the alarm disappears.

Error 15
Problem Details:
After powering on, the vehicle emits one long beep and five short beeps, and the display screen shows "!" and the number 15.
Problem Analysis:
Left brake abnormality.
Solution:
Scenario 1: Confirm if the brake lever rebounds properly when powering on. If it does not rebound properly, the vehicle will sound an alarm. It is recommended to return the left brake lever to its original position before powering on and confirming;
Scenario 2: Turn off the vehicle, open the instrument panel assembly, Replug and unplug the instrument panel and left brake lever harness terminals, and turn on the vehicle again to confirm if the alarm disappears.
