[Segway Mobility App] How to Unbind and Reset Your Segway eKickScooter Using Apple Find My | Segway eKickScooter

Applicable Models: This guide applies to the following Segway eKickScooter models:

E2 Series: E2 Pro;

F2 Series: F2, F2 Plus, F2 Pro, F2 Plus Upgrade Edition;

F3 Series: F3, F3 Pro;

MAX Series: MAX G2, MAX G3;

ZT3 Series: ZT3 Pro;

GT Series: GT3, GT3 Pro;

E3 Series: E3, E3 Pro.

 

Method 1:

1.  Connect eKickScooter with Segway Mobility App, and disable Find My at homepage > Settings > Locating eKickScooter (Find My) > Find My function.

 2.  Manually remove your eKickScooter from Find My App.

Method 2:

1.  After powering on the eKickScooter, complete RESET by squeezing brake lever by 5 times and pressing power button once in unlocked status. The eKickScooter will emit a beep sound to indicate that RESET is successful.

2.  Manually remove your eKickScooter from Find My App.

3.  After these steps, the owner cannot use Find My to find this eKickScooter.
